With out a doubt this was one of the best buying experiences I have ever had !!! I found the car I was looking for on the web at 3 different dealerships but because I am in Georgia and I never bought a car from out of state I was concerned over how it was all going to work I sent an email to these dealers and in this email I explained that I did not want to do the " CAR DEALER DANCE" , just give me the best price on the car , the best price on my trade and what the interest rate is going to be . Cory from Member Car replied to me with all the information that I requested and the numbers that he gave were the best out of 3 dealerships that I was dealing with at the time , the other two wanted to do the dance ... and were put off when I told them to forget about it as I was buying my car from Cory and MemberCar Over the next few days I emailed back and forth with John and Cory and when I arrived on Friday to pick up my car , the car was sitting their waiting for me all prepped, was exactly as it was described to me in the emails and the pictures , all the paperwork , financing, tags etc were prepared and exactly as we discussed , all I had to do was sign the papers and drive off back home to Georgia....... If you are in the market for a car do not hesitate to look into buying from MEMBERCAR , you will not be disappointed !!!

This is one of the best experiences I had in a purchase of a vehicle. To start off the car that I was interested in had all the features that I wanted and at the price I was looking for! The staff members were extremely friendly especially one in particular name JOHN. He was very considerate and helpful in regards to the processing of the paperwork. Another staff by the name of CORY was very helpful as well in regarding giving me detailed information about the car and answering any questions that I had. JOHN made me feel comfortable and made the process smooth as possible. I was literally out of the office within 25-35 mins! Met the owner who which was also very nice gentleman. They have such a variety of nice cars to pick from; top quality service in my eyes. I will definitely come back again when Im ready to trade and or purchase another car!

Im writing to share my great experience at Member Car in both buying a used vehicle and dealing with a followup service matter. The car purchase went very smoothly, and the salesman was accommodating to my schedule and willing to negotiate easily and fairly. Member Car then provided the most outstanding service a couple of weeks later when I had a mechanical problem that a mechanic told me was significant. Member Car voluntarily paid for a tow and fixed the problem without charge (which actually turned out to be only a minor issue) even though it was not under warranty. I was extremely impressed with Member Cars initiative and no-hassle approach to taking care of the problem for me. I will definitely look for my next car at Member Car, and a major reason is the confidence I have in their honesty and customer service.

What a great place to purchase a car. This is not your average used car dealership. Not only did we find a great deal on a car - at least a $1,000 less than those advertised at other dealerships - but the experience of purchasing the car was simple and straightforward. Corey and John were pleasant to deal with going out of their way to make sure we were treated well. And when we discovered that the car we bought only had one key (a push to start system - very expensive key) they paid for a second key (when I expected them only to split the cost with us.) They secured a loan for us that was equal to the rates we found at our bank and got us through the entire purchase process in less than a half hour. Check them out. You wont be sorry.

Came from out of town to purchase a vehicle. The staff (John & Carlos in particular) was very respectful and also extremely professional. Corey Pardue and John K. did an excellent job communicating with me in the days leading up to the purchase. The vehicle was as described in their advertisement and was an even better site in person. I would definitely recommend anyone in the DMV area, or from out of town, to che out Member Car. And for the locals, they give free car washes to their customers every Saturday!

My husband and I had such a great experience here! Cory and John were helpful, personable, and didnt push us to make any hasty decisions. One of the first things they asked us was whether or not we were aware that the car we were looking at had been in an accident by the previous owner. They were so transparent about it and we felt reassured that our car was the one for us! We will definitely be back the next time we are wanting to buy a car.

In my life Ive bought over a dozen cars from dealers. None even come close to matching the excellent experience I had with John at Member Cars. The process was was easy and stress free. John was laid back but serious and he just got things done. The whole process, for me, only took 19 minutes. They know cars and their market. Check them out online or in person. When there to drive a car and the first guy I talked to was really nice. So I test drove the car I came all the way up from Chesapeake to get and I loved the car and was planning on buying it after driving it and the people that were there when I get back acted like they didnt want to sale me the car.
