Have been a regular at this Starbucks since December 2009. Welcoming atmosphere and comfortable seating. I prefer the couches. Great place to go to study or work. It can be extremely busy at times, to the point people sit on the window ledge to do what they need to do until a seat opens up. They usually wait for 10 minutes max. The staff is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Wish more Starbuckss staff were more like them. Reasons for taking a star off: There are no outlets near the front area, the side tables or the large tall table. There are a good number in the back couch area. The WiFi has improved since their last renovation, but at busy times, it slows down considerably.

Horrible customer service. We asked for raw sugars to be placed at the bottom of our hot grande tea and the barista at the counter told us we could put sugar in it ourselves at the convenience bar. When I asked him again and politely explained why I would like the sugar at the bottom, he told me that it was not his job to do so. I will not be coming here again.

This is one of my favorite Starbucks..I think that they need to change a few things..I always said that no cream on it..And they always gave to me cream on it..Im very tired to say no cream plz..again again...They need to be attention from customers order!!!!

Love this Starbucks! The service is fast and the staff is friendly. Once there was an extra frapp made for someone else on accident and they did not want it, the barista let me have it for free!

The best run Starbucks I ever experienced. Great team works here. Always on time, courteous, orders accurate. I cant praise the team here enough, they literally make my day start off right.

Its good overall. Havent had service issues. Good number of tables but its hard to find an electrical outlet since they covered most of them.
