I came to the Le Tache sex shop today for the first time on June 13, 2017 and I brought a water based lubricant (Jo H20 1oz) for $11.61 from this really helpful, open minded, and kind African-American female clerk, KJ, which came in handy, as I didnt want to give off a vibe of being a creep or weirdo within a sex shop, especially for the first time rather she was quite chill. I initially went to this particular sex shop as it was the only one closest to my native Gaithersburg. But first things first...wow, just freaking wow! I have never seen so many sex toys, porn DVDs, etc. packed all in one place. I spent over an hour in the store seeing and snooping a little bit of everything adult related like male sex toys (fleshlights), female sex toys (dildos), porn DVDs, etc. and lets just say that I left the store with a pre-semen wet erection, no joke, haha! ;) If I could make one recommendation to the store, it would be for either tinted front windows or for the white translucent-like cloth on the pillars dividing the lingerie and sex toy section to completely divide the store in half via being much like a curtain for more personal shopping and/or skimming privacy. But other than that, its a really good store. I recommend it to anybody who is interested.

Idk what that guy who left a negative comment was about. I had great experience the first time, toy last a year and stopped working so I upgraded before the warranty expired. Second time still was a great experience, just wish their windows was tinted so you have privacy inside. Given receipts on both occasions, information about the warranty pros, product info and nice people so far. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND, only nice location near by for me too. I will definitely either purchase a second product before the warranty expires or use my warranty for an upgrade. No complaints!!

Do not buy any product from this store. I purchased a toy for a few hundred dollars, which did not work out of the box. I tried to exchange it at the store and told I had to go through the manufacturer of the toy. This is against Maryland Business laws and I will be filing a complaint, "If an item is defective, the store must repair it, replace it or give you a refund, regardless of its regular refund policy." So save your money and find a store that guarantees their products and follows the consumer laws of the state.

Ive never had a bad experience here. Everyone here is very helpful and available to answer questions but without hanging over your shoulder. I usually have questions about products and have always gotten thorough answers and great recommendations. They have a wide selection and a little bit of something for everyone. I highly recommend this store!!
