I had heard great things about this store, and even recommended them. A couple weeks ago part of my bachelorette was to go here. They were friendly, but not very competent at sizing. Yesterday they treated my housemates and me horribly. One of my housemates, V, went to Trousseaus yesterday, along with her husband. The clerks didnt greet them (though she said hello to them), and though they were the only customers in the store, ignored them, so they helped themselves and were using a dressing room. When a new customer came in they were greeted and assisted, including giving her dressing room that contained the bras she was trying on to the new customer (there were 7 other empty dressing rooms). After an hour of being ignored while other customers came, were helped, and left, she left in tears. Her husband went back into the store to complain while she was in the car crying. They were dismissive and rude to him as well. When they returned home they were still upset, and I called to talk to the manager about it. The manager continued to be dismissive and rude. An hour later the manager calls back (the telephone number had not been given to them), and once I confirm that I was the one talking to her before, the manager starts insulting V. So, I hang up on her. The manager calls back immediately. I ask if she is just calling to insult me more and the manager says that she couldnt me go without letting me know that I was off my rocker. I could hear the employees laughing in the background. When our housemate J gets home and they tell him what happens. He looks up the owner and calls her. She talks to both him and me. The owner listens, but does not offer to make any amends, and basically dismisses us. She repeatedly said to both J and me So, what do you want me to do about it?" and flat out tells J that she doesnt believe him.

Heard such good things about this place I decided to go even though its about an hour away. Sad to say I was pretty disappointed they werent very friendly no one greeted us. I had to walk up and as for help. The girl didnt seem to know what she was doing brought bras that were several sizes to big and I told her the body seems to fit fine but the cups are just huge shes like I think it is fine Im like do you see the huge gap? Finally we tried on some smaller sizes still I dont feel I got a great fit out of anything I still bought the bra because Im getting married and the said they would do the alterations and it would be fine. Now I dont even want to go back to do the alterations to get the same poor service and still be stuck with a expensive bra that doesnt fit properly. Frustrated.

The staff at Trousseau is beyond amazing!!!!!! I went to Trousseaus to find garments for my wedding. Of course I was nervous because I am short with large breast. Who knew you could do such amazing things with bras???? They did and they do. I was well please!! But heres the best thing!!!! I needed a second corset after I order and received my altered one (too long of a story). The staff there prepared my new corset, with alterations just in time for my final dress fitting. PLEASE give this place a try. I didnt think the price was too much. It was just right for my beautiful day. Thank you ladies. I will see you again.

Trousseau is a beautiful shop. Well stocked with Chantelle & Fantasie bras (my favorites). If they dont have it in stock, they will get it in the store quickly. Love the variety of fancy to everyday foundations, very pretty accessories, delicious chocolates and nice bridal gifts. While I have seen the employees help men that come in the store, my husband is not comfortable shopping for these types of gifts but he loves giving me Trousseaus gift certificates :) Natalie and Christine were very helpful. Lucky to have such a wonderful store in Vienna area.

I have frequented Trousseau alot as 95% of the time they are beyond helpful and friendly. They have wonderful stuff that actually fits me. Today was a disappointment. The attitude that was given by staff member, Natalie was uncalled for and rude. (oh, and they werent busy) In the future, I will make sure I deal with anyone but her.

Both my daughter and I have been there for fittings and for additional purchases. Regardless of who we dealt with, we received friendly, expert assistance. My daughter is hard to fit and tried several other shops before Trousseau and they are now at the top of her list.

Sarah and her staff are excellent. I used to buy my wife gifts from that mall store, but it seemed that as their prices went up their quality went down. If you want real quality, selection, and service check out Trousseau. You wont be disappointed.

Great long line bra and shaper selection even for 2x plus size. They understood that comfort was important to me and was pleased to be in this all day for my wedding without binding or bunching! Ill be back!
