I am a beginner runner and I couldnt have asked for a better experience than I had at Fleet Feet Sports. The gentleman who helped me spent over thirty minutes helping me try on shoes, explaining what kind of shoe would be best for my foot/running form. Being new to the running shoe world, I didnt have a standard language to communicate what it was I was looking for, but he was very attentive and took my layman feedback and made me feel comfortable with my choices. Best customer service I have had a long time. A+++

They were very helpfull and friendly. She sized my feet, watched me run in various shoes and explained what type of shoe I needed based on how I run and my foot shape/size. There was no pressure to buy a certain shoe and everything was clearly explained to me. It didnt even take long to find the right shoe. Overall a very pleasant experience, I will definitely continue to buy my running shoes there.

The young lady was so helpful and patient with me and my son. I came in complaining about plantar fasciitis Fri 4/29/23 and had a adventurous 1year old with me. She recommended a sleeve to place over my foot and help me decide which shoe was comfortable for me and made sure it fit properly. The best service Ive ever received anywhere, and the best tennis (Brooks)Ive ever brought.

Maybe it was due to the rainy day, but the one time I stopped by this location to get my Gait tested the young lady who was supposed to provide customer service was quite cold and unfriendly. I got the feel that this place is mainly interested in high-end clientele who want to spend big, and who are only serious runners without a funny bone in their body.

Went here for running shoes. This is like buying a new car. They allow you to try different shoes, walk around and they will do gait analysis while you run.
