If you want a rude, pompous tattoo artist that ignores his clients, doesnt show up for appts, and asks the DAY OF "what you want" when you had a consult WEEKS AGO- then Mike Dolch is your guy. You can really tell this guy is arrogant, and every client is another dollar sign. He randomly comes up with prices off the top of his head as he feels like it. Not to mention the fact that the music is so incredibly loud and blaring that you cant even hear yourself think. If you want a reputable, PROFESSIONAL company with amazing artists and good customer service, Id recommend Konkrete Jungle or Black Cat Tattoos. Ill never give this guy or his shop any business again. Granted, he does do good work, but that does not make up for bad quality customer service.

Came in for ear piercing for my 7 year old daughter. Hunter did the work. He was so laid back, calm and collected, showed everything, paid attention, explained how it all will happen, answered all the questions that it put both myself and my daughter at ease. The procedure was quick and mostly painless, he took his time to make sure it was centered and perfect. Then he explained how to take care of it. Amazing experience, beautiful studio, wonderful people and just awesome all around! Highly recommend him! And wish him all the best in his career!

I wish I could talk about my experience but I didnt get the chance. The process to set up an appointment for a consultation was very easy, however when I got to the shop, it was empty and no one was there. I had high hopes but i just ended up frustrated. I guess I should have expected them to be closed on Memorial Day but the website still allowed me to make an appointment for this day. I am very frustrated.

My husband and I came in to get arrow tattoos, and it was both of our first tattoos. This is a great shop for those of you that want to feel comfortable! The shop is incredibly clean and the artists are awesome people. We are already looking forward to our next ones! We are both very happy with our tattoos (from Mike, the owner) and definitely recommend his shop!
