Let me start off by saying, this order has resulted in the single worst customer service experience of my entire life, just deplorable. I will not be back. I need to cancel this order. Due to an apparent failure in your system, and the combined ineptitude of the entire staff at the Pasadena MD store I had to go to the store hours after having placed the order to have them say they had not gotten it to then treat me as incontinent because I cant wait until lord knows when for the 2nd email to finally arrive allowing me to pick up the goods I had paid for in advance on an internet system that in essence should save me time. Thats an hour of my life that I will never get back waiting for your staff to call corporate to figure out what the problem was (after I more or less made them do it, I was a real bother to them). After that they treat me like a common criminal because I wanted them to pick the goods, have me sign something and leave. They claimed I might take the goods without paying, though I had already paid online! They basically were telling me my print out as proof of purchase was no good, nor was my word, I was extraordinarily insulted, in front of my own daughter no less. Ultimately I was forced to pay in store for the goods, now I need to cancel this so I am not double charged. I would not have done business, but its for family for a shower Sunday. Ill be telling everyone there about the deplorable experience, and encourage them to shop for their baby needs elsewhere. If Im double charged Im going to get a lawyer and take your company to small claims court suing for a refund as well as damages for my time. And, just so you know, order placed about 2:30 PM, I called the store about 5 PM to ask when it would be ready. There was an obvious problem with the system which they were not too concerned about exploring. I talked to a male associate that could have taken my number, solved the problem and called me back, but when I suggested that I just come down later and pick the order myself, he said, "sure". Seriously? That is customer service at your chain? I went to the store a bit before 8 PM, fought for nearly an hour, and finally got to pay again and get out with the goods. Please be certain I am not double charged, and in fact, have someone explain to me how this happened, because nobody at the store was interested in figuring it out. The manager especially, a little conflict, she could not run the other way fast enough.

Very disappointed with babies r us in Pasadena md!! Im really considering cancelling my registry. I signed up for a Baby care 101 class, even called few hours prior to reconfirm it was still scheduled. Got there, no one was aware of anything, employees were not helpful. Someone finally got the manager on duty. We were directed to an area to sit down and wait. 20 minutes after the scheduled class, still no instructor to conduct the class. Finally, an employee came to tell us they couldnt reach her and no one else was qualified to conduct the class. Complete waste of time. They didnt even apologized or offer small compensation. Such a bad service.

After driving for 40 min to get to this place we were only 3 minutes past closing time for a pick up order that should have taken no more than 2 min to complete. Even though they were still checking out customers they refused to let me wife in and then pretended like I was not at the door when I wanted to explain how far we drove - do yourself a favor... Skip this store and hope it get shutdown. Hopefully people will learn that if they want to keep their jobs they should be a bit more courteous to their customers.

This location is MUCH MUCH better than the Annapolis store. They have so much more of a selection. I was having trouble with one of my gifts that was purchased with a warranty. I called the Annapolis store and they couldnt be bothered with me. I contacted this store and they helped me no problem. Although I live in Annapolis, I will never go in that store again
