Love this srore. But...... todays experience was different. I was looking for honey, I went down every aisle and could not see it. I asked 3 employees and all 3 sent me to opposite sides of the store. So needless to say. I walked the entire store 5 times. Finally I asked someone with a purple tee shirt, and she was aisle 9, I just looked at her, she said I will walk with you, by that time I was sooo mentally tired and upset I was ready to yell. She showed it to me and gave me that I told u so face. I just wanted to leave the whole full cart and go down the street to food lion, then I remembered I enjoy my gas points. Not in a good mood, especially when I get home to a sick husband and he asked me what took so long? My response is trying to find the honey for your tea.

Never had a bad experience and I shop here very often. People in the deli and bakery are always nice and helpful. Even going to the Customer service desk is pleasant. Unfortunately, its common to shop anywhere and get an attitude or rudeness, but not here... I really appreciate that.

Very clean store with a courteous staff. I also like the fact that they give gas points for gas stations that are actually in the area, unlike some other chains. The only negative was that they dont always stock my favorite brands.

I never enjoy going into this store. The olfactory assault impacts you from the produce to the seafood. It is hard to imagine this is a top producing store in the region. Harris Teeter is right around the corner now.

A good place to shop a little pricy on some things there but its still a good place to get what you need. Giant kinda reminds me of Kroger or food lion but they dont have alot good sales as the two other stores.

Shop here a lot. People always friendly, even the manager has gone out of his way to help a mother of 3 screaming kids finish her shopping and load groceries. Really nice place.
