Out of the past five times Ive shopped at this location using the Scan It handheld scanner, I have been audited three times. Every time I am checking out and the audit pops up, I feel like I am being treated like a criminal. Despite the fact that I have passed the audit each time. The looks I receive from the management have made me never want to shop at this location again. I can never find help when I am trying to locate an item. Every time I have visited this location, prices have rung up different than how they were marked on the shelf. The cashier refused to change the price, and refused to send someone to double check. If you want to feel like youre a liar and a thief, shop and this location. If youd prefer to feel like a valued customer, find somewhere else to buy your groceries.

I am a regular customer at the Giant in Severna Park and usually have a good experience. But this Tuesday morning that was not the case. Swordfish was advertised at $6.99 a lb. But the swordfish in the frozen case were marked $9.99lb. When I asked the seafood man to price the three pieces I picked at the correct price he said only the fish in the case was on sale. I have had no problem before like this. Normally you can purchase frozen or previous frozen at the same price. I did not buy swordfish yesterday. Very disappointed.

George (the pharmacist) is wonderful. I had a prescription that needed a specific generic manufacturer. He could not get it from his distributor, so he called other pharmacies and found one that could fill the prescription. He called me back, told me where and when to pick up my prescription and transfered the prescription to a non Giant pharmacy. That kind of service is rare in todays world. I will certainly continue to George and Giant for all of my prescription needs!

I live near this store and have gone often due to the convenience. It is probably the most expensive supermarket in the area, so I do most of my major grocery shopping at other stores to save money. That being said, I have always had good customer service here and there is a wide selection of good quality meat, fish, produce and international products.

Another favorite place of mine to food shop. Ive seen how theyve broaden the selections on different food items, its really good. The meats and produce sections are two of my favorite places when I go to this location. Periodically use PeaPod when I make my monthly groceries.

One of the busier Giants Ive been too. Check their website for pharmacy hours, since they differ from store hours. Their Starbucks is way less crowded than the one just up the street. Nice big organic section.

The recent redesign has created a check out corral that reminds me of a cattle feed lot. The isles are more crowded. Lighting is a bit off. I just want to do my shopping, I dont want an "experience".

I love this giant. Always having sales. Great deals. A little pricey but so worth it. The associates are very friendly and nice. Everything is so stocked and clean. A must stop.
