Terrible service attitude! They overcharged us for an item, and when we went to ask for a refund of the difference with the receipt, the guy at CS was extremely rude and threw the Chinese equivalent of F-bombs and other extremely offensive curse words at us, repeatedly! Seriously, what kind of business employ people like that?! 服务态度极其恶劣！买东西他们比标价多收钱了，带着收据去找客服，客服的男员工竟然甩脸子，破口大骂，开口闭口cao啊cao的！还有骂的更难听的，岂有此理，简直就是蛮不讲理的地痞流氓！

This is an extremely clean and surprisingly large supermarket. It has a similarly large, clean meat and seafood department with a great, diverse selection. The prices arent as competitive as Lotte, but its no more expensive than a Giant or Safeway. The produce selection is also large, had almost no fruit flies anywhere, had some items other local Asian markets dont, but is missing some items that their competitors have. Thir produce packaging is annoying. Plenty of items are loose, so you can take however many you want, but I couldnt get loose chilis or Thai eggplant. Not a bad store, but it wouldnt be my first choice.

This supermarket is the same chain as exists in Rockville, MD. It has the widest variety of fresh fruit, vegetables, and ubiquitous Asian selections you will find in Germantown, exceeding Lotte by a lot. The store is clean, has a bakery, fresh fish, noodles, choice of check teriyaki, Peking duck, and a lunch/dinner counter that is high quality. Everyone in the area should be shopping here for produce. The poultry and pork is excellent, and the fish is also excellent. Get over here! Its great. I am just a satisfied customer who loves the experience.

To be fair, their vegetable, meat, and seafood are fresh and good. I just cant stand that they have many expired food. From time to time I would purchase mochi ice-cream from here. I thought its the specific brand that tasted nasty, then I realized almost all of their mochi ice-cream are expired(4 months old). I also tried to get some tea, realized some of them are expired(last year) as well. This is just a reminder for people who are going to shop here, please check the dates!

We love shopping here. Produce, meat and packaged goods...wide selection, very good quality...neat and clean and atypical of a few of their other locations!!! If you havent tried their "cafeteria" - you should...food is very reasonably priced - good portions - and its a nice way to break up the shopping experience! LOL!!! There is just so much!! ENJOY!!

You can find any asian products here but the employees are working in unsafe environment in the winter. The store is super cold, employees are wearing winter clothes but still freezing, Im not sure if the heating is broken or if the owner doesnt want to spend money on heating if that is the case then employees have a legit complaint

LOVE the Asian food! Love the fresh fish and shrimp, too! The reason why I give 4 star but not 5 star is that the quality of non-stick pot (made in China) was not satisfactory. Non-stick layer was ruined just after being used twice. Finally, I returned it successfully.

Terrible service. The cashiers are very unprofessional. One of the cashiers even cursed us in Chinese (I do not want to repeat what she said here, but its very insulting). The food are mostly OK, but occasionally you would find expired items on the shelf.

The best Asian supermarket in Germantown! Love the produce at this place. I also like the dry goods like the variety of instant noodles and spices and jarred sauces. The variety of dumplings in the freezer section also is the amazing.

Great Wall Supermarket carries most of the Asian products you would use to cook. Ive always been able to find exactly what I needed, although it sometimes took quite a bit of searching because the organization isnt perfectly clear.

Prices seem slightly higher on prepackaged things you would find at a regular chain store, but their seafood is the freshest I have seen. They also have an amazing produce selection with impossible to find items.

Very clean with a lot of merchandise. I hope they add some Halal meat for their Muslim clients if so I will never go to other groceries. I really recommend this great supermarket.

Today, 01/31/2015 Sat, went to there .... around 10:30 AM. Its as cold as outside (20+ degree), Did not have any HEAT inside the market at all. Too cold to be there!!!
