I have been shopping at your Great Falls Virginia store for 3 years. The meat and fish departments are great. Stephan and Affi are outstanding employees and are the highlight of my experience there. However, the overall experience at this store is horrible, absolutely horrible, for one reason in particular. The check out process. The root cause are the pathetically slow employees who proudly wear their union badges and move at glacial speed. Please do something about this store, it is an embarrassment and the checkout process and employees only add to the miserable experience. Thank goodness for Stephan and Affi! Shawn Clark

There is no Safeway on Earth better than the great falls safeway. The pharmacy staff are friendly, and they remember every customer. Its very comforting to know that I have a familiar face filling my prescriptions, so they can let me know if there is any danger of interaction. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and vested in their customer care. Truly a one of a kind supermarket.

Generally good selection. Not a huge store, so easier to find things. Aisles are very narrow and store can feel very crowded. Fresh produce is quite good. I like their wine and beer selection.

Safeway has very good hours and when ever you need something, like some fruit, lunch, a cake, cake mix, etc. They have it all at a very good price.

Im glad its there and the staff is friendly but the aisles are small and tight. I use it as a convenience store and not for my main shopping

Pay attention to expiry dates here. Some items are at least a year old. Salad bar is not good and i have gotten sick from the soup.

I like this Safeway. Its small but staff are friendly and they have a reasonable fresh produce selection.

I love this safeway but the hours listed are wrong. They are open from 5 am till 11 pm every night.
