Terrible experience on 09/04/2014. We grabbed a lot of items such as case of water, cookies, chips, and Pringles (that were on sale with a sign that read 2 for $4) at this 7-Eleven and put it on the counter to purchase. When I put items on the counter (which isnt that large of a counter), the store clerk put out his hand, basically motioning me to hand him the items instead of him grabbing the things to scan. I proceeded to comply thinking, wow this dude is lazy. I let him know that I will be purchasing a bag since I did not have one. He proceed to place the empty bag on top of the things and did not bag them. I proceeded to put the things in the bag, thinking wow, do they not bag your stuff for you anymore? The Pringles rang to regular price and I let him know there was a sign that it was 2 for $4. He didnt believe me so he called out to an associate in the back to go look. She clearly saw the sign but did not believe it and proceeded to go to the back to check up on something. While shes back there checking, the clerk rung up 2 people. At this point I was irate at how long this is taking so instead of purchasing any of the items, I left. The clerk was begging me to stay. I will not shop at this 7-Eleven.

If I could give zero stars, I would! We bought a gallon of Breyers ice cream on the way out from a game at the Soccerplex. When we got home and opened the container, it was half empty. Since the seal was still on the top, Im assuming it had melted and re-froze. After looking at the container further, the top looked like it had been sliced by a box cutter. Im assuming the package was accidentally cut when opening the case, the contents spilled and it was wiped off and put back into the freezer to sell. Since I dont live very close by, about a 25 min drive, I couldnt return it and since I paid cash, there was no way to dispute a credit card charge. The gallon was only $6, but this should never have been put back in the case to sell. Im very annoyed!

Worst 7-eleven I have ever been to, there is usually 1 lady in the morning, she is usually on the phone talking to God knows who, when she is ringing people up she randomly leaves while people are typing their pin numbers, she doesnt say hello or have a nice day to anybody, I have to ask her for a receipt EVERY TIME because she wont just give it to anybody if they dont ask. Dont know her name but she needs some serious customer service training. If I could give ZERO stars I would
