I tried to purchase two pairs of shoes, both marked down from $49.99 to $15.99 and $12.99. When I got to the checkout counter the sales lady called the manager to the front. Robert, the manager, informed me that the shoes were not discounted at all and blamed some unseen customer for changing the price-tag. Meanwhile hes holding the price-gun with the same orange tags that matched the markdown price-tags on both shoes. I thought Rugged Wearhouses policy was to honor the lowest marked price. I guess not.
