These arent my Pants
I have seen so many bad reviews for this Walmart there is almost no point in me putting in my two cents. Like most of the people in the reviews I have seen I will never shop at this store again. This store is always dirty and the staff have always come across as unapproachable. However this was not enough to stop me from occasionally shopping there. The experience that made me decide to never go back was when I was shopping for groceries and a birthday present and chose Walmart to avoid having to go to two different stores. I checkout and when I get home I realize that I had left several items at the store, the price of these items was not more then 15 dollars. I called to explain the situation and I had to call 3 times to get someone to even answer the phone. I spoke to customer service and the lady was very rude to me and said to come back that some night, it was already late at night and when I told her I was not able to come that night she snaps back saying "Then come back tomorrow" and she hangs up abruptly. I go to the store tomorrow talk to customer service and they give me a dirty look and say they need to call management. They then tell me I need to wait and they help other customers in line with no explanation. After at least 20 minutes they shout across the room that I was seen on video with all my items and would not be allowed to have the groceries I paid for. I was very embarrassed because there were several people in line and they stared at me. I felt like these employees were accusing me of lying and trying to steal when what really happened was the cashier left a bag out of my cart.

Location. Yesterday, I tried out the online grocery walmart app. At first, I had a tough time adding my credit card via scan. My numbers are worn on it, so eventually it allowed me to manually enter the #. Ordered some things, ($30 min purchase) but wasnt available for pick up on the same day, (So, I set it for today.) But yesterday, I needed a few things, like dogfood & formula. I deleted it from my list last night. Today on p/up she rolled out my groceries and I saw the bag of dogfood. She showed me on my printout ticket that none of the items (that Id removed last night) had actually been taken off, so she put those back into the cart. Interestingly, I ordered bananas. In the bag there were 2 small bananas. So they do this by weight; not by bunch. Also, if you order, say for example a cotton candy flavored icecream, If they do not have it, you will not know when placing your order. They will replace it with something totally random. The clerk will review this with you when they bring out your pallet of groceries. They do not refund you on the spot, so you go back on to the site app to make sure that they were removed. (I need to check that now to be sure that it was done.) Overall, this is a great concept for elderly people, persons with handicaps, mothers with small children or people in general that are trying to stay off of the "people of walmart" site.

Worst Customer Service EVER! I have been going to this location for 23 years and every year gets more disappointing. I tried to return a makeup product WITH the receipt AND the product unopened but I had thrown away the "box" the product came in. Two women, Shelia and Yolanda talked loudly about the box not being present and forced me to go get the identical product off the shelf and bring it back to them. I was made to feel like a criminal and the injury to my spine was made worse by having to hike all the way through the store to get the product AND bring it back to the Customer Service counter. The manager, who was sitting behind a desk in the Customer Service area, would NOT get off of her behind to come talk to me but preferred to yell out from the office where she was sitting. This happened at 7:52pm on December 27th, 2016 and the Managers name was "Kierra" not sure about spelling because Shelia and especially Yolanda were being RUDE!! Im disgusted at the entire situation and will not go back even though its just 2 minutes from my home. There truly is NO excuse for their behavior!

Dont work here, Walmart is cheap as heck, theyll work you to death because half the time other employees wont show up you end up doing their job and Walmart is too cheap to hire enough employees. And then some annoying customers look at you like youre the freaking crazy one for not knowing where something is. Try working here then youll understand. I signed up for working in the back, sometimes they make you work the cashier or a completely different area of the store you werent TRAINED to be in. So excuse me for not knowing where everything is instead of blaming me and WALKING away from ME when I try to explain to you whats going on why not get upset with the people who created this Soul sucking store the begin with, okay? I quit and I will never work here again, I quit without notice, know why? Because walmart didnt respect me so why should I respect them? Bye forever.

I first would like to state that there are some pleasant employees at this location. For the majority, they are very unprofessional. The morning that I shopped, there were cashiers laughing at an elderly woman because she didnt know that she was exposed in the back. Before I could tell her that her dress was up, she realized it. Also, the staff working in the deli department were acting like a bunch of clowns. They were laughing and talking about customers. They were so loud that they were heard near the bread aisle. The guy that was working in the deli department didnt look clean. He completely turned me off from getting anything. I decided to get packaged meats instead. The managers need to step it up. A lot of the time management could care less.

It was a holiday and Walmart was the only place my 20 year old son could get a replacement tire. He had blown his tire on the freeway and was stranded out of town. I called and explained that I was his mom and I wanted to pay for the tire. They refused to take a credit card or debit card over the phone, even if I gave my my son the PIN number! They said this is just "THEIR POLICY", I have never heard of such a policy. They refused to help, or bend the rules at all, even knowing that he was stranded! They were cold and matter of fact. They do not have a heart and truly do not care about their customers. Therefore, I have decided I will NEVER shop at Walmart again. In good conscious I can no longer support this company.

Yes, it is a good place for groups to stop and meet off of interstate 295, but bathrooms are not kept clean, old paper towel container on the wall, not used and hand air cleaner does not work. I stopped at this location in the morning and did not see any paper towels and hand air cleaner did not work, so I walked out with wet hands. Stopped at this location later that afternoon between 3 and 4pm (Tuesday after Labor Day), and saw police sitting in the parking lot and rushing from his parking lot to settle matters or confront people near the door/entrance of Walmart. Also, I went to restroom inside this location and a strong smell was in the "urinal" (because it was not kept clean).
