@Jon, In all fairness, the day after Christmas and the next day (27th) are usually their highest sales days, so that would make sense. And at about 7p.m on the 26th, I was there with my girlfriend, and we left, the line was about 20-25 people, I mean, I live close, and its never that busy, so I looked around for a minute or two, and left. I saw who was ringing up that night, hes a younger guy, not high school though, and hes very opinionated and will talk your head off about games, but he knows anything you want too. Its a shame youre experience that day wasnt to your expectation, but you said youve come before and its not like that, you went the DAY AFTER CHRISTMAS, what do you expect? It is not a fair review, just saying. Short review: Medium stock for a Gamestop, Trade in sucks but what can you do. Employees are nice, not all of them know a lot about the hardware though, better asking Bestbuy technical questions (Since theyre a few doors down) Love them for my used games though, and of course any other game I need. Also on the 27th of Decemeber I came back bought all my stuff with no issues there. -D13G0sANCH3z

After waiting in line for 30 minutes, watching the two high-school students taking their Sweet time casually ringing up the 20 customers in front of me, I noticed there were a few people in front leaving in a hiss fit. Apparently the game or accessory they wanted was not in stock, but displayed on the shelf. "Ridiculous", I thought, why would they display out of stock items? Well sure enough, after 30 minutes in line, the kid rings me up, "Um... I dont have this in stock right now, sorry." Naturally I was a bit annoyed and asked," why is it on the shelf then with a few other boxes?" "Well thats the display box" "Displating what? That you cant buy this here?" Very upset with the whole experience. Ive come here before, but never had to go through this. I might be asking alot, but is it too much to list out of stock items somewhere or pull the display boxes off the shelf? Unhappy

I have been a long time customer and purchase over 90% of my games there. I have always found the staff to be helpful and considerate. They always have the best selection of new and used games that are priced fair and have always been in great condition. I have had a problem with a couple out of stock items within the first couple days after a particular game has been released but theyre always the first to ask if youd like them to call another location -which most of the time works out. Last time I was offered a free PowerUp rewards card which helps me save a little money on their used games or accessories.

Great place great service, Im always treated with respect, if you need a game found or reserve or trade just ask and they will take great care of you, tell him you read James review. Only problem that sucks and its not them its the company,theres a review on the bottom of the receipt and I assume that if you dont fill out its there fault and they get in trouble, like most places do now. like they are supose to make you or follow you home to do it lmao all we want to do is game when we get home, so please if you go to any of these fill these out

overpriced games and never any sales on 1st tier releases. Why bother when you can go to best buy 1/2 block away and save $20-30 on most of the games. You can also download the games directly from Xbox or PS at a much lower cost. Most likely a 2nd hand clothing store will be taking this rental space soon enough.
