Great store, great employees, on 11/28/2010 just before closing time, I entered the store presented my issue and the courteous employee helped me out even though they were not at fault or obligated to do so. They stepped up and provided EXCELLENT customer support. I will return to the Leesburg store for all my gaming needs.

Im very close to the employes at the Leesburg GameStop, along with my father. Yesterday we were going to buy the Walking Dead PSP Vita bundle but the didnt have any. A employe went to Sterling and got us one. They have excellent service.

Anytime I go there with my son I had a great experience from the customer service. They are working to please everybody. All the employees give me and to my son valuable information and their personal opinions about games are very insightful
