If i could give Walmart zero stars i would. And its not bout my distane for the company as the whole, but this location is particularly horrible. First off lets get past of the whole idea that this is a Walmart and its located and Dundalk (where i grew up i might add) and just talk about the store its self. Customer service at the location is practically non existent. For the most part they when they do know where things are in their section, the response is usually some sort of grunt. There are a few bright spots, but i should say few. They never have enough check out lanes open, so its common for the lanes to clog up the isles. Be nice if they could take some of these employees that are standing around chatting to each other and train them on the register. Also for the amount of people who are stocking up things, you would think they would never be understocked on the shelves. Think again. One particular item they never keep up on is milk. Its not uncommon to go to the case at 8pm and see it empty. Also do they ever clean that thing? And then their is the pharmacy. Oh the pharmacy how you are my bain. How often can a place just be so incompetent. I could go on and on about the problems i have had with the pharmacy here, from 30 min waits being 3 hours, to them just not filling prescriptions, to them getting the insurance wrong, to them saying they ran out of a medication when they hadnt, ect ect. On top of it all is the total lack of communication with the customer, oh and poor customer service. It as if they took the stockers the grunted the least and had them work the pharmacy counters. And no use complaining, because i did, and well yeah.... I understand that people want to save a buck nowadays, but do your self a favor and pay a couple of cents or dollars more and go somewhere else, like some place that appreciates your business.

Not my favorite Walmart, its always crowded, I always end up parking a country mile from the front of the store. I like that they have an automotive center and made an appointment to have my oil changed, unfortunately the only service attendant tat evening informed me he was leaving at 7pm and not a minute after so he wouldnt be changing the oil on my car that evening. I explained I made the appointment hours prior and he very politely..NOT..told me to ask the girl who scheduled the appointment for me to come out and change my oil. I didnt even bother to dignify his absolutely absurd suggestion with any response just informed management of his behavior and she apologized and offered to give me a gift card of 100 dollars or pay for my oil change else where if I could get an appointment for the same evening. I unfortunately could not and didnt want their servicemen working on my car considering his "suggestions". The only reason they got 3 stars was because the manager tried to go above and beyond. What is wrong with people? Why do we need to act that way towards one another.

I remember coming here when I was little and loving it. Now, theres stuff on the floor, you have to go to an associate if you need them for whatever reason instead of them coming to you, and I can never find anything here. Yesterday when I went for the first time in months, there were practically no games for the Nintendo DS and DSi (and thats what I went here for). I couldnt even find a movie that I could watch nor any deluxe CDs. And a few months ago when I wanted to get a phone (along with my mom), the machine malfunctioned or something. We then went to a Walmart out in White Marsh, and didnt have any at all. We just wound up going to Sprint and getting our phones ordered (and a free tablet that we got on that day). Im never getting electronics from here ever again, and will only come again when my iPod charger decides to act up (in which iPod chargers are the only thing I can get here).

Compared to other Walmarts in the county, this Walmart is often less clean, busy, and disorganized. They do shelf stocking and replenishment during normal business hours, instead of doing these at night after closing. This means the aisles are often blocked with pallets during the day, creating an obstacle course for shoppers who need to navigate around and skip aisles because they are blocked by pallets of merchandise while also being crowded during busy hours. This also means aisles are crowded with Staff who are putting away merchandise. Yet, despite the aisles full of pallets loaded with merchandise, the shelves often have empty spots of regular products. Many of the items that I regularly shop for, its often hit or miss as to whether they will be stocked on the shelves

I bought a tv from walmart. Took it home and pulled it out the box only to find that it was damaged before i got to plug it up. Went back to take it back the same day only to be told that they wont take it back nor refund or exchange all because they claim the back of the tv had pulled off. I explained to them i just got the tv and havent did anything with it other then take it out the box. Now Im out money and a broke tv. And then I called Wal-Mart customer service only to be told that the store manager would be getting on contact with me within three business days. He did not call i had to call walmart customer service number again in to be told that the market manager would be calling me. Which he did not. And yet they same problem. I hate that walmart.
