People fail to realize that the long hold times is due to them ALWAYS having customers. They have to service customers at the desk and on the phone. I dont mind the hold times now that I understand how they operate. Also to complain about refunds without verifying their refund policy is just unjust. No I do not work for the company, but I have been buying for them for years and they have always been helpful. Some reviews are just pointless.

I ordered a part but ended up not needing it as the mechanic said the engine was shot so I cancelled the order the very next day but they did not refund my money. 19 days later and still no refund. I have taken action to get my money back. Beware when doing business with Brandywine!
