Not sure why this place got bad reviews. My car battery was low so I placed an order on-line for store pick-up of a new Battery at the store nearest where my car was parked at Largo Metro station. After I got off work I drove to this location. Overall from the time I walked in and drove away with new battery installed in my car was about 15 min. They were nice and professional.

Generally when you go to an auto parts store you need something serious. I check the time the store closes online and I had an hour.. Arrive at the store and they close an hour earlier than they posted on the site.. Really pisses you off

The service here is atrocious. What was supposed to be a 3 minute transaction is currently going on 30 mins. Stay away.
