I purchased brakes and rotors online that I was told by my mechanic that I dont need. I went into this location to return them. First off, 2 sets of rotors and brakes are heavy! The clerk didnt even bother to help me with the door to get them in! Luckily there was another customer inside the store to help me. Then, when it came to the return, they couldnt look up the transaction and tried to tell me I didnt buy them from auto zone even though I showed them the order confirmation and shipment confirmation. The manager walked off while I was talking to him and I had to call the customer service number myself. The guy on the phone was very nice and tried to walk the clerk through how to process the return. He would not follow the customer services direction so I had to take the phone back and walk the clerk through how to process the return. The customer service agent did ask for the store number and managers name but the manager even refused to acknowledge me. I have never received such horrible customer service in my life. Every other location has always been helpful. Stay away from this one!!!!

WORST STORE EVER !!! AUTO ZONE CAMPUS WAY .... STORE EMPLOYEES ARE HORRIBLE!!! ..OFFERS THE WORST CUSTOMERS SERVICIE OF ALL ...I WENT IN BROUGHT AN ITEM . NEXT DAY I RETURNED IT ..WAS THE WRONG ITEM THEY SOLD ME ??...ON TOP OF THAT THE CHEATED ME OUT OF 5$ MY ITEM WAS 29.99$?..MY RETURN WAS GIVEN TO ME 24.99..I CONFRONTED THAT 5$ IS MISSING FROM WHAT I BROUGHT !!! ""I dnt care if its 50cent""..GIVE ME ALL MY MONEY BACK....THE MANAGER GAVE NO ! EXPLANATION ...THEN ORDER ME OUT THE STORE !! ... THESE AUTO ZONE WORKERS ARE STEALING CUSTOMERS MONEY !!!! THEY DONT KNO ANYTHING ABOUT THE PRODUCT THEY SELL YOU !! ... THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY . EVEN THE MANGER THATS NAME POSTED ON THE DOOR DNT HAVE A CLUE OF WHATS GOING ON IN THE STORE ! .HOW CAN YOU SPEAK TO A REAL MANAGER !!??? WHEN THEY ARE ALL ALIKE ....YOUU CANT TRUST A BUNCH OF CROOKS WHO WORKS ALL TOGETHER!!!

Poor service. One employee let me pay for a battery and then told me was "too busy" to install it even though it clearly says free installation. I politely told I would like my battery installed by them. I wanted to make sure I dont void any warranty. He then made me wait while he tended to other customers. The nicer employee stepped away from the counter and made sure it was taken care of. He was very kind so I changed my one star to two. The last time I was here was in the winter with a different car...and a different set of employees--not the same person-- refused to install my battery because it was too cold to go outside. What.

Beware of receiving the wrong part. Its happened to me 3 times. Now I just go to the store on 301. Also the line at the parts counter is always very long.
