Ordered a bridal bouquet and two bridesmaids bouquets. Roses were of good quality and as promised. When I went to look at the bouquet before it was put together it had many leaves that I did not ask for and was meant to make it appear "bigger." I wanted a romantic elegant look rather than a rustic or country wedding look and asked to remove all the leaves. When it was delivered at my wedding, there were still some leaves in the center and did not have time to remove them. I was a bit disappointed that I wasnt listened to. The main florist is friendly, however was not impressed by the other people behind the desk that were just staring at me while I looked at the bouquet.

Ordered a nice arrangement to be delivered to my boyfriends Mom in preparation to spend my first Thanksgiving with his family. Opted to "buy local" instead of an online delivery for what I knew would be a lower price. My credit card was charged, and the arrangement was never delivered. Only after they had called my boyfriends Mom to harass her when she said she had not seen them, did they offer to refund my money. Absolutely disappointed, will never order from them again. As all the guests walked in with hostess gifts I had nothing to show for my pre-planning.

After having a bad experience with another florist on Hill St in Biddeford, I was left having to scramble to find a florist that could accomodate my order for 2 wrist corsages for my daughters father/daughter dance with only a 4 hour notice. I called Artistry in Bloom and even as busy as they were, they were happy to help! Thank you Artistry in Bloom! I will always remember you for future flower needs.

Ive aways loved this shop, but recently, when seeking their services, they were rude. They were unable to accommodate my needs, and had they been kind about saying so, I would have continued to do business with them. Ill never return and have found an interesting and accommodating shop on Main street in Biddeford. Maybe I should thank them.Nevertheless, Ill never return to Artistry.
