the young guy they had in the parking lot helped me load over a thousand pounds of tile that i was returning as leftovera from a house remodel. he was absolutely fantastic and cheerful through the whole process. then i met Terry at the service desk. after watching me push the half ton through the door she had me bring it closer because it was to far for her to walk to. then she informed me she couldnt find my receipt even though Im a pro member, who as a member was told that i dont need to keep those. i told her i bought the tile in biddeford, she told me to bring it back there it was to hard to call them to see if they could find the receipt. i finally just asked for a store credit and she sighed and shrugged her shoulders i guess i could try. Ive never had a problem before until i met this customer disservice member. stay away from Portland if you ever want to return anything, terry might have to get off her stool and do some work.

Its always exciting going to Home Depot. Theres any questions that I need I just go to the experienced associate and ask him for his help. One of the things that I love about Home Depot is all the associates are fully capable of assisting me in all areas of the questions that I need to ask. Thats why I like shopping at Home Depot. All their Associates of very helpful. Thank you for shopping at Home Depot the worlds largest Depot over Lowes.

In the middle of the day and theres no one to ask questions to. Checkout guy just started ringing me out without even saying hello, LOL. Really I only recommend going here if you know what you want and want to get it at a fair price. Of course you need to know where it is too. Usually you can find someone to ask location of items though.

The lawn and garden section has a great deal of things, from patio bricks, all the way to lawn mowers. But thats where I would halt if I were you. Lawn and garden has great things, but my experience with there lawn mowers is AWFUL...I have had to return two mowers just because of the way they were put together BY Home Depot associates.

What can you say, really? Its another nice, fully stocked Home Depot that has a bit of everything. They have a decent size garden center and a variety of wood for home renovations. Everyone is super-helpful. And, they give veterans a 10% discount on all purchases. Have your ID card handy, though!

People there were very helpful and a true pleasure to work with. Greg in plumbing was awesome as was Jess in getting everything checked out and on our truck. We had been to another "large home store" and were treated poorly with little help. Will only use Home Depot from now on.
