I had ordered some things in the past from them and the response was slow. Part of my order was screwed up but they eventually corrected it. Recently, I needed to order one roll of tape and was told it would be around $36 plus $5-6 shipping. They then called me to tell me that the tape was going to cost $70 and that they shipped it overnight for $25. This was AFTER they shipped it. Two weeks after they forgot about me in the first place! I would find another outlet and will not be using them again.

Steve and the crew at PBS have a vast knowledge of the latest building techniques for energy efficiency. Ive been in many times over the past 5 years and they always answer any questions I have and up the ante with new approaches I should consider. Amazing store with great products.
