I have had nothing but bad experiences here, unfortunately. They are a smaller store, which accounts for why they almost never have what Im looking for. What Im not sure of, is what accounts for the bad attitudes here. Honestly. Im either being accused of having a drug habit because Im returning items without a receipt, being rushed through the checkout line by a grumpy cashier, told for the 8th time that they dont "think" they carry that, or straight up being HIT ON by the staff. Oi. Poor Falmouth. The one star in this review goes to the wonderful young man who went out of his way one night to help me not only find what I was looking for ...but actually went the extra mile to individually price things up and down the aisle to help me find the best price! I wish I remembered his name!

We were in the area the last week of September and while waiting for public transportation we met a Walmart greeter who was going to Walmart so we asked if we could follow her to the Walmart since we needed to pick up a few things. We didnt get the greeters name but she was off of work due to migraines but she was the most helpful person. She showed us where to get off the bus (right in front of the walmart) and then she gave us directions on how to get the bus back into town. She was great at telling us what aisle we would find the items we were looking for. This walmart has a great employee in this young lady. We hope to see her again when we visit Portland, ME again.

By far the worst wal mart ive been to. Every time ive been in theres been many employees standing around doing nothing, while the lines for cash registers grow longer and longer. Employees stand around on their phones on the floor instead of helping customers, and when asked for assistance to find a simple product, it takes two people, neither of whom seem to either speak much english, or care enough to talk to the customer, to walk through 3 aisles before finding the right aisle, then leaving the customer to find the item for themself. useless employees, poorly set up store, extremely disorganized.

Because of the back-to-back snowstorms a few weeks ago, the couch I ordered online was held up a bit - but Annette from Walmart worked with me over several phone calls and follow ups to track it down, and get it to the store as soon as possible. Once there, she gathered associates with alacrity to help hoist this large shipment into a waiting car, and sent me off with a wave. Huge thanks to her, Tim, and the rest of the team for making that the easiest transfer of furniture in recent memory!

Too be honest they have the worst Customer Service. You try and call the store and you cant even reach anyone half the time and even then someone answer and hangs up on you right away.. I mean WTF... . Also most of the people on the front end just looks like they hate their life and hate their job. Some work and great at their job but most of them let the store down. It lacks drive to get jobs done and have customer service at good standard.... Needs better leadership over all to be honest.

This is the best Walmart. The staff is always cheerful and helpful, and I love the greeters. Its not too big so you dont get lost, but they seem to have everything. The new layout is user friendly, and I love that you have expanded the grocery section. One stop shopping is handy. Thank you!

Ive run into this Walmart for some quick shopping trips. I have yet to be impressed by any of the employees. Also, at one point a homeless man came up to me inside this store and harassed me for money, that kinda ruins ones shopping trip.

I think the person behind the counter and the manager (the big guy with the beard) are not good with non-american people. Im not saying they are racist, but they were acting like one. My worst experience buying things in the US.

This Walmart has very few services and limited product range, additionally it is always understaffed so you will wait a very long time for site to store, pharmacy, returns etc. It is a very outdated store by walmart standards.

Long lines at pharmacy, usually not enough staffing, used to be awful for lines at registers but self checkout has helped. Overall, its Walmart ; theyre pretty much all the same.
