Great deals sometimes but overpriced items at other times. Last experience was irritating and unprofessional. Lady who worked at the Scarborough store was standing in the front entrance 10 min left till close being rude deterring people from coming in since "we are closing". My husband had to get out of the car and go say something to her to remind her that they closed at 9pm and she reluctantly said we could shop. Goodwill get your monster out of the front lobby entrance so people dont have to feel uncomfortable and intimidated going in to get some last minute items before close!!! Its bad customer service!

Good store with moderate selection and great great prices. Some areas have much more selection than others but thats to be expected with donation based supply. Biggest problems are the wait in checkout lines and lack of any real knowledge of products from the staff. Which again is not unexpected but can hamper your shopping ability. Otherwise great business.

One of my favorite places to hunt for treasures, but a couple words of caution 1) the sorting is getting sloppy with clothes that have stains, rips and tears now making it on to the retail floor and 2) they have recently instituted a gift card only policy for returns, regardless if you paid with cash or credit card.

The employees are from Africa somewhere and they have broken English. The jeans are kinda expensive and it smells rather funny in there. Some of the employees there are rather rude and annoying. I dont go there unless I really need to.

This store isnt as good as other stores in the area. It has slow moving ladies with head shaws not interested in taking care of customers. The Windham Goodwill is the BEST.
