Waited for 20 minutes in the sporting dept to get ammo, there was no one there. 10 minutes into the wait a staff member came up and asked if wed been helped to which we replied no, we told him we needed someone with keys so we could get ammo. He said he would page someone to come help us. 10 minutes later, no one had showed up. I went to the paint dept and asked the woman working if there was someone that could help us. I got a real snotty attitude from her, she said "yeah thats me, and its going to be a while Im still doing paint". What poor customer service. Last time I shop at the Brewer wal mart, Ill go to Bangor wal mart next time, and I live right in Brewer.

I go to walmart out of convenience but have had it with the pharmacy. I have had nothing but problems and this last problem could have got my 1 year old daughter very sick. The pharmacist filled her meds based on a 200 pound child not a 20 pound! If I hadnt spoken up who knows what would have happened.

Call doctor to rush prescription so I wouldnt have to make an extra trip to town Always nice personality from employees....friendly and professional.
