The people in the pharmacy are beyond rude and totally unhelpful! I am always amazed at just how unbelievably awful they are to their customers. I stopped going there when the Old Port Pharmacy opened. They were the best. Paul, the owner, would go above and beyond for his customers. Unfortunately they closed and I am now forced to go back to rite aid out of convenience. There is one dark haired woman with wire framed glasses that is one of the rudest people i have ever encountered working in a customer service based position. She really shouldnt be allowed around people.

Ive used this pharmacy for over 5 years. I find all the Rite Aid employees helpful and pleasant. I especially think the pharmacists and their assistants are wonderful, patient and helpful. Even if I moved out of the neighborhood, I would still use this pharmacy. Im sorry for folks whove had bad experiences, I have never had them and I probably visit the pharmacy at least once a month. I hope you have better experiences in the future.

Hands down the worst experience Ive ever had! Ive gone back and given them countless chances but they wont get another one again! Every time i go there for western union they tell me Im unable to complete the transaction. But when i go to the Walgreens halfway across town they have no problem! Either step your game up or lose customers. And teach them how to respect the customer!

Sunday morning - picking up prescription - 2 employees in pharmacy - I waited, finally one said "we will be with you when WE can." I continued to wait, wait and finally left the counter. The employees seem to hate their job. I am sorry they are so miserable. Customer service should be number one.

I love rite aid, Especially that beautiful stunning woman named Crystal. She has always been very helpful and super respectful. If every customer service employee was like her Rite aid would be the most comfortable environment to shop in.

The girl working at the front counter acted as though I was her enemy for absolutely no reason. Sarcastic, rude... just downright awful. Im glad Im not the only one whos gotten horrible customer service at this Rite Aid.

This place store is the worst place to go they are very disrespectfull and rude I was at the pharmacy and I was there for 10 minutes and nobody was in line and they did not ask me i wanted some thing i go to cvs!

Ever sence the guy with purple hair showed up this store has become a fun and much better place for me to shop. He goes out of his way for me and my friends and is very respectful but a great since of humor.

I hear you....there is one pharmacist at this store who is very unpleasant. Hannaford Forest Ave is a good pharmacy with great service even though it not as close as Rite Aid for me.
