Picked up my guitar from there after having repairs done on it. The chainsaw had been bought within warranty time so it was still pretty new looking. I pick up my saw and it is completely filthy. I dropped that saw off with a new chain. The chain was dull when I picked it up. And the break handle had been cut on top. Like I didnt even recognized the saw when they brought it out, Im not exaggerating. I was less than pleased.

The service here is the best service Ive ever had in my life. Every single employ is anxious to bend over backwards to help me when I walk in. Even when I come in 1 min to close because I get of work late. And they have everything under the sun. The selection is actually better than the orange box STORE. it doesnt look like it from the front bit this place is huge. They WILL have what you need.

This is what a hardware store is supposed to look like. Friendly staff are eager to help and actually know where things are located in the store. They have a very impressive inventory of everything from hard-to-find fasteners to power hand tools to power lawn equipment. Their Milwaukee cordless tool section is one of the most extensive Ive seen. My only gripe is that they close at 6:30.
