Big Easy Comics is not your normal comic shop. They are not in a cramped location with just a few items in their inventory. I have been a customer since they were at their old location and I truly love their new location. It is spacious and filled with comics and rare items and collectibles. I am not a Magic the Gathering player and I am impressed with the area they have for the players not to mention the items for sale. The staff is awesome and super nice and they will do what they can to find an item for you. The staff is extremely knowledgeable about the comics and every time I am in the store I have a difficult time deciding what to purchase because there is so much to choose from.

Part of the X-wing community here (albeit a small part). I honestly love this place and feel a bit awkward rating something so close to me less than 5 stars, but I have a few little complaints about the game room. It is very industrial with cement floors and not much sound dampening, so it can get kind of noisy. Large glass windows and lots of people at tournaments means the room has trouble with temperature regulation. Finally, I have yet to find a really good place to set up my laptop for helping run tournaments, due to awkward electrical outlet placement. They have accomedated me in the past, but it is still a bit frustrating.

This is a curious store. They have a great selection of comics, toys and gaming. They do a lot of things right, but their service is lacking. Every time Ive been there, the people working seem like theyre uninterested. That description includes the owners. No one ever greets me and the couple of times Ive tried to engage them, I was met with disinterest. Its a great store. They just need a shot of redbull or a pep talk from Gordon Ramsey.

Selection is decent but staff seems disinterested and lack luster when it comes to customer service. Been in several times with the same result. Need to practice customer service. The job is not difficult or back-breaking.

Very good selection of comics, action figures and rpg. They have a large room dedicated to gaming and tournaments.
