They need to close this dump. I had extra time before work to get breakfast, I pull up at the intercom and they tell me to hold on. Ok. So I do. 10 min later I push the button again. No response. 7 min later I push again, no response. I sit and watch as two people pull across from me, order, get their food and leave. At that point it seemed like they were being petty not answering the intercom. 26 minutes later (yes I waited that long) I ended up leaving. I call their phone number, and guess what, they dont answer their phone either. Another time, yes I tried again, I order my food, which takes 15 minutes to receive, totaling $3.98. I give the server a ten. She hands me a mint and starts to walk away, I say, "excuse me Id like change please". She responds with "Oh? I dont have change on me." I proceed to inform her I will wait while she hunts it down. A $6 tip really? For a meal that took 15 minutes and ended up being wrong!? I dont mind tipping, its the expectation that annoyed me. I hope the owner reads these reviews. Take some pride in your establishment please.

This location needs a secret shopper daily. So, I press the buzzer to order the lady that worked 07/01/2016 around 2:00pm. She need not ever work the intercome. She just seen very pushy, when your ordering. Right after ordering something, she says, "Is that all." This can come across as rude to some customers. I had to inform her that I had two more items I would like to order, so she would stop asking me that. Then my order was wrong when I received it. Yall no joke I asked for a frozen strawberry lemonade...no joke yall they gave me atomic lemonade and strawberry...I think because they felt like I was a needy customer...Well they win I will NEVER GO BACK!!!!Good thing I dont have acid reflux.

So very slow. My daughter received a free ice cream cone from school so we stop by so that she could redeem it. I press the red button and waited and waited and waited. Then customers who came in after me begin placing the order so I pushed the button again and waited and waited and waited and waited until I had to ask a car hop if my speaker was working period I had waited a total of 10 minutes just to have them take my order. After another 6 minutes they finally come out with ice cream cone which was melting with no napkins. As a former Sonic Drive-In manager of 23 years I happen to know how service should go and that was pathetic

So I Go here and order a oreo blast waited 15 minutes and never received it so I ask for a refund 2 minutes later they bring my blast out I still refused it and still wanted a refund they may have had 10 other cars there and the lady came out saying they were busy and the lady doing the ice cream was backed up how do u get backed up on ice cream its not like I ordered 10 # 10s ...this location needs new management i would rather drive all the way off Highland road just to receive excellent consumer service!!!!!!!

ZERO ALL DAY! Do not go here unless you enjoy horrible customer service! The people on the intercom always have an attitude like they dont want to be at work or as if its a problem for you to be there! If you dont like your job then QUIT! Go to another sonic if you can! You have a job be happy! Youre alive and breathing! Walking around with an attitude says a lot about you! And considering these other reviews and the time frame says a lot about management as well! I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!

This place is absolutely awful. Just trying to place an order is hell. At least half of the speakers are broken and it seems the owner has no plans to ever fix them. The actual service is inconsistent. But i wouldnt go in with the expectation of fast and friendly, since it can often be a struggle to place the order and quite a wait for your food. Absolutely terrible, but no one seems to care.

I ordered my food, the total was $3.79. I gave $4.00 in cash, the server gave me a mint and walked away. I waited for a few minutes and then pushed the buzzer. After another 3-4 minutes no one responded. I just drove away. I guess he decided to take his tip. I prefer to give them based on service. $.21 is not much but it was the principle.

Very poor service. The server Teisha snapped at me, and told me Sonic doesnt carry bar-be-que sauce, then she "brought" back my change after she determined to take her own tip out instead of me choosing to give her a tip IF she earned one at all (which she clearly doesnt cause she is a hood-rat theif)

My boyfriend and I went to get ice cream the girl on the intercom was highly rude and talking very fast before I can even order once I said one thing she rused me and just gave me the total.didnt ask is that all for you or anything .....smh must been a bad day for her.

This place is awful! Zero stars. They somehow always manage to mess my order up. The girl who took our order was rude and pushy as well. I got a chicken strip basket with water instead of white gravy. Disgusting.

Respectable fast food. Outside speakers are poor quality making ordering difficult. Cheeseburgers had no cheese. They brought cheese slices for us to apply.
