Today was my 1st time calling in and even ordering from this place and it was the worst customer service experience. The person over the phone seemed like she had an attitude, was rude and wanted to rush me off the phone. I explained to her that there was an insomnia cookies on campus where I live LSU and she asked me for my address i told her that I did not know the address because there really isnt a physical address that I know of on campus. East campus Apartments.

Cookies are good but quite overpriced. Also, they have boxes available, but wont give them out unless you buy 12+ cookies. So if you get 11 cookies, youll get a bunch of small wax paper bags, like a soft pretzel would come in. I realize this is to cut costs, but this model is ridiculous. Dear insomnia cookies manager: Sometimes cutting costs doesnt equate to making more business, because you can alienate people with your ridiculous money grubbing policies.

I love the deluxe smores cookies. They are always warm, soft, and gooey. I wish this place wasnt so popular because theres always a long line even at night. Traffic does however, die down in the later hours after midnight. I do wish they had bowls for to go a la modes because the ice cream leaks through the paper plates and cardboard boxes they use. I would recommend this location to anyone looking to charm a sweet tooth.

Cookies are the BEST with makes it worth the visit even though the service is the SLOWEST on earth when they have more than 2 customers. The employees need to be trained better in order to not become so flustered when having more than one customer. I love the Insomnia Cookies app because I earn $10 to spend on cookies for every $100 I spend in store, which I earn quickly considering how expensive the cookies are.

This place has the worst service model imaginable. It takes several minutes for an order of two cookies to be completed. And that is if they actually have the cookie you want cooked. Im writing this now because it is my 3rd time coming here and they dont have the cookie I want. The cookies are pretty good but its not worth the hassle. Im forgetting this place. Long live failed businesses on Chimes.

ridiculously slow service & they dont care how long you stand there waiting for a few cookies (its not like they are hard to serve) Thell have 3 or four workers there & leave one person ringing up and serving the cookies??
