Typically, when you think of visiting a dairy queen, you expect to get the same food as if you visited another dairy queen hundreds of miles away. I typically stop here before football games at carson park, expecting a good meal. Unfortunately that is not the case. I usually order the chicken strip basket with gravy. After recieving my food, I was not pleased. They dont use the standard dairy queen items. The food was packaged in some bland wax papery white package, it didnt even have a dairy queen logo, nor any writing at all. The chicken strips were no good. The fries werent even the dairy queen style, they seemed like they got some crinkle cut fries from the grocery store. Nothing was right on my visit. I even went there again the next year, at the next football game. No good. I can recall a large orange cooler for your water, along with styrofoam cups. Normally, you should get water from the fountain machine, along with a dairy queen cup. Call me picky, but honestly, this is a franchise restauarant. Dairy Queen food is delicious. Just not from this Dairy Queen.

Work here and enjoyed a great deal of my time serving customers! Being next to the park we get customers from all over. There is no better joy than to see the smile on a kids face when they get their Dairy Queen treat. Businesses tend to focus on the numbers. Here at Menomonie Street Dairy Queen we value our loyal customer and sure try to value every customer that walks through the doors. They are the reason we have and will continue our 40 plus years of business. The owner always stresses simple, but meaningful values. Great service, as well as top of the line quality with every order. We pay a great deal more for every ingredient in order to have the best products. We have succeeded! Come try our products and you will not be disappointed. The only downfall is you will expect those same products at every Dairy Queen you go to. Thanks to all who have tried our store!

The worlds best french toast resides here! I was surprised to learn this week that this location serves a bunch of different breakfast foods beyond a Dairy Queen normal menu. And they are amazing! They use organic eggs and locally sourced ingredients for pretty much everything. They also gave me REAL maple syrup with it (which you dont get in pretty much most restaurants). Aside from the fact that the breakfast food was phenomenal, the owners were there waiting on us hand and foot that morning and even brought me a side of bacon that I didnt order (because they are just that nice). Ill be making this a definite staple on my list of places to go for breakfast from now on.

Some of the best food I have had from a Fast Food Diner. The dining experiences is not typical from other DQs, family owned and all, in that all the meat is fresh, hand pressed patties, and your food is not made until you order; this does mean a longer wait time but the freshness is hard to beat. They are willing to costume any order and the staff tries their best to give you a fair price on your order. I Love this DQ for its originality, its superb cleanliness, and outstanding products that have kept me coming back since my first trip.

The first time i went to this DQ the food was GREAT but the second time was not the same. The first time there were older ppl working im guessing the owners. Then i went there again and there were some kids working and my burger tasted horrible like it wasnt fully cooked. I lived 20 min away so going back was not an option. I havent been back since. I hope to try it one more time and if i get the same i will not be back. Please fix it because that first experience was great second not so much.

Still locally owned and locally awesome. They are one of the few dairy queens left who are still doing it the way they all should. The blizzards are huge, their selection of dilly bars is dizzying, and they are right next to Carson Park, meaning an easy excuse to stop by whenever youre catching a baseball game or just out for a walk. If there is a Queen of Dairy Queens, this is the one. Or a king...I dont judge.

Great food, if you can get it. Queued up at the drive-thru at 8:54, finally got to the window at 8:59, they told me theyd closed the grill. I said, its not 9 yet and Ive been in line for five minutes. But they wouldnt cook a burger and cheese curds. This is the second time this has happened, so Im done with them. They wont need worry about cleaning the grill on my behalf anymore.

Friendly staff, wonderful food. I have had several meals at this location, and everytime it has been better than other restaurants I have visited. The hamburgers, and pork tenderloins are my favorites. I top it off with a perfectly made chocolate malt. One of the thickest Ive ever had. I highly recommend a stop at this location if you ever pass through Eau Claire, WI.

This franchise is sepparate from others in town and feels more home town. With managers who truly care about what they are serving and food that looks and tastes fresh. I enjoy their location at the bike trail and at the foot of the hill lesding to the city park. Take my food and have lunch outside. Their dilly bars are way bigger than the competition ;)

This dairy queeen is the best! I have been to other Dairy queens that werent that great. But this Dairy Queen is one to stop by! I reccomend the chicken basket and a chocolate oreo blizzard to wash it down. I have worked a bit here and im sure the minute you walk in the front door, The Dairy Queen will treat you like royalty!

The prices are a bit higher than your standard Dairy Queen, but so worth it! If order a large blizzard, dont anticipate eating for 2 days. LOL. IT IS STUPID HUGE!! The other thing they do is give your dog a free small cup of vanilla ice cream with a couple of mini dog bones on it for sprinkles. And obviously my dog loved it!

This is not a Dairy Queen. They dont serve any of Dairy Queens food. It tasted fine but if youre looking for DQ go elsewhere. They dont have a large majority of the items on the actual Dairy Queen menu and the stuff they do have is made completely different. Its a fine place to pick up dilly bars but thats about it.

Not the fastest service with only one window...but they have the best cheese curds around and they are one of the only places that actually serve yellow cheese curds! I live over by the mall and I would drive all the way to this Menomonie St. location just to get these amazing yellow curds!!!

Stopped by today. Greeted by the owner at the drive thru. Parked and waited a couple of minutes for my burger and o-rings. He delivered my food and asked if I wanted a refill on my soda. Excellent service. Food was very good. Very good burger and o-rings. Nice Job!!!!
