I gave one star becasue there is nothing less than that to give!! My wife and I went to this store an hour ago for some ice cream. Line was long and one person was serving the customers. By the time the customer in front of me finished paying,an employee came from the back and skipped me and wife and proceeed to serve the ones behind us. The first employee came and asked us if we were being served. I said no. She went to the back and got a trainee with her and started giving her the tour while we were still waiting and looking at here!! Then she took our order. Most fo the ice cream tubs to have foam on them. I suspected the ice cream was melting melting. I was given my order and asked the employee if it was cold. She nodded yes while the ice cream is dripping off my cup. I got pissed. AC was not working, employee lying, and ice cram melting. My wife and I left the store. Their stoce colde ice cram cakes are good. Service sucks and ice cream is melting. This is something can cause someone to get sick. The city needs to look into that. A health inspection should pay them a visit and see for himself or herself.

Ice Cream is good. Unique flavors. Service is really bad. I blame management for not hiring/staffing the appropriate number of staff for amount of customers. Every time I come its the same old story. Long line. One worker. This will be my last time if customer service doesnt change. Management/owner where are you??? Fix this!!

Been here about 5 times in the past month. One thing I dont understand is why would they only have one employee working when the lines reach all the way to the door. I have came in at different hours and its always the same. Please get more employees on a shift cant stand waiting an hour for some ice cream..

Its a Cold Stone like any other. The ice cream is delicious, if a little overpriced, so nothing out of the ordinary. The line moves pretty quick, so even though it was busy when we went, we were still able to get through in just a couple of minutes. they could use a bit more seating.

The ice cream is really amazing.. ^^ The staff here is really nice too, despite at times can be slow when there are big crowds (but thats normal for all business right?) That time spent in waiting for the ice cream is worth it ^^

Great tasting coffee ice cream. Recently their generous portions have disappeared for measured cup size. I wish they would change their pictures too to be consistent with the practice! Otherwise I would give five stars.

The only reason I give this place 1 star is due to lack of staffing. The ice cream combos are amazing though. May take a while to get served. Seems to be a very fast turnover ratio here.

I love coldstone, but this Baton Rouge location is not the best. Most times their ice cream is always soft and foamy, and as such, it doesnt survive more than 3-4 minutes

Definitely good ice cream. But you gotta do better with customer service. When an employee has earbuds in and doesnt even speak a word to you, thats unacceptable.
