I purchased a TV entertainment center 6 days ago . I come yesterday to pick it up and they resold something I already paid for . She advised me they had a 2 day pick policy , which she didnt say this when I purchased it . I ask for a refund front cashier refused ... Then she sent one of the men outside as Im leaving to say I can pick something else ... How do resale something that doesnt belong to you ? My contact information was on the item ... Common courtesy would be to call and the fact she lied and came up with a bullshit ass policy makes me not even wanna give anything to the salvation army EVER Again .
