Goodness, a store with real service. Within seconds of entering the staff asks how they can help. Nothing but goodness at this store. Genuine Knowledgeable Service rather than a temp pointing in the general direction of your needs and a fully stocked hardware- general goods/LSU shop/outdoor cooking/outdoor furniture and more store is a rarity. Prices on many items are comparable to the big box stores and when dealing with hardware the prices are generally lower and yes, there are items that are a bit more expensive. All told, a bit of nostalgic American can do spirit and helpful products resides there.

I will never step foot in this poorly run store again. I had a jacket that was supposed to be saved for me, but by they time I got there after I called (which was less than an hour), I had to wait at least 5 minutes for them to ask all of the employees there if they knew where this jacket being saved was. Needless to say, someone didnt do there job and they had no clue what I was talking about. Very unorganized.

I bought a few small things there and paid with a credit card. I thought I had a great experience until I looked at my bank statement and noticed that they charged me a lot of extra money, which didnt show up on my receipt. I am still trying to get it sorted out.

Some of the best service in town. Just droped in to look around the other day, and within the 10 mins. I was there, several people asked if I needed help. You just dont see that kind of customer service in the big mega hardware stores!
