With son-in-law getting building supplys did not get any help picking up load of shingles.and two weeks ago he an I went there to get his siding an j-channel an trim what was a special order.well it took over three one half hours.plus he had to reorder his shingles that didnt match an last order had three square of wrong match.pretty poor he had two use them cause of having roofers there two times now.he an I will never buy any building supplys from there again.and the word will be pasted one.if you guys dont make it right with him.mike anson.do the right thing Menards you will not want to lose alot of business.he spent over five thousand dollars.

They knew we were coming to pick up our cabinets and nothing was pulled. They were not busy at all. Waited an hour on the first load. Said I would be back in 20 min for the last five pieces. Had to wait another half hour while they pulled. Once again, not busy at all.

Got home parts for Stratton wood arbor are missing bottom of arbor water damaged. Addendum: talked to hardware man and they exchanged the parts from another kit but were unable to discount because it was already half off. Other kit also had water damage.

In thirty years, I have never encountered a lumber yard or home improvement store that can beat Menards for service, selection, price, or a catchy bluegrass T.V. jingle. Taking a job there was the best decision I have ever made.
