Sales people are nice enough but they dont stand behind their products. Used a paint they recommended on a wood floor and a door and one month later the paint is still tacky and shows dirt, footprints, and handprints. When I called about their guarantee I was given the run around, saying they would have to send an inspector. When I told him my painter said the paint had the worst coverage of any he had ever used, the salesperson then blamed the problem on the fact that we put on too many coats. After about 10 minutes of blame deflecting I told him they were wasting my time and I just wouldnt buy any more of their paint. Lesson learned, I should have waited until the next day and gone to Dages, I just went here because they were open later.

We have shopped here three times now, and each time have experienced excellent customer service. Managers and employees there are incredibly helpful, professional, patient, attentive, and they dont hold back on finding deals and coupons to help bring down purchasing cost. Their hours and location are convenient. Im impressed with this store and will be back.

I went here on a Sunday and apparently the woman working was filling in from another store. She couldnt answer any of my questions and had no idea what gel stain was. I was hoping to get some opinions and have some questions answered about paint colors but it was a total waste of a trip as she was absolutely clueless.
