Always great service here, but I was dissappointed with the poor customer service from one associate today. I didnt catch his name, but it wasnt Chris or Chai, they were both great. This associate was putting away inventory and Chris was already helping another customer, so Chris asked him to help the customer. He very rudely said he was busy doing something else right now and he would help when hes finished. This associate does not know the meaning of customer service. To think its more important to put away stock and make a customer wait is terrible.....stop what youre doing and help the customer.

STAY AWAY from SW paints!!! We love color in our home and have painted/repainted at least 10 rooms as well as the exterior & trim twice. Our home was painted 7 yrs ago with SW Super Paint on the T-11 siding and it has been amazing!! YET...our other experiences have been beyond disappointing. 3 out of 3 contractors that i have spoken to in last 3 years have told me they would prefer NOT to use SW. I didnt listen and have paid the price. As they all told me, and im now a believer, take your business elsewhere due to customer service and some paint quality issues.

From the time I called the store beyond when I left with muly paint and paint kit, Brandon was pleasant, attentive, and energetic He saved me money by explaining that I didnt need a big pastor roller for the single plywood piece Im painting.
