We have had the worst experience ever! In February 2015, we spent A LOT of money on buying new furniture for our newly renovated home. This was a hard decision to spend so much money, but we wanted good quality furniture. We bought an accent chest, a copper table with 6 chairs, one sofa and a chair and a half with ottoman. First issue we had, was with shipping. We were told the items could be purchased and stored until we were completely finished redoing our floors and paint, as they were having a great sale. We received a call from the delivery place saying our furniture was to be delivered about 2 weeks after the 30 days it would take to custom do our sofa and chair. The delivery place insisted they do not "hold" furniture. Our next issue came when the furniture was delivered. The copper top table had a significant scratch in it. We did have it repaired and the gentleman who repaired it was WONDEFUL! Issue number 2, we noticed about a month after receiving our furniture that the chair and a half fabric was fraying all along the seam and bottom. Again we had the repair gentleman come, he provided us with a new cushion cover. He also mentioned it must be a defect in the fabric. Problem number 3 and 4 came when we noticed that the couch fabric is pilling up everywhere and one of the kitchen table chairs got knocked over and the leg split. The knob on the drawer of the cabinet is now coming off as well. Mind you most of this furniture is for our living room, which is Not our main living space. Its more of a sitting room. We bought the extended warranty for all this furniture to "cover" and accidents or anything that happens "per our sales rep"! We have filed claims with Guardsman and were told no of this is covered!!! They dont cover "defective" fabric and as far as the kitchen chair goes they claim we didnt meet the guidelines for claim? I am more than upset and disgusted in the quality and response we have gotten after spending almost 10,000 dollars in furniture for our home, we worked extremely hard to save for! A HUGE letdown and we are sick about the money we feel like weve completely wasted!
