Worst Office Depot that I have ever been in........poor customer service. I went in to get a wooden 3 drawer file cabinet with casters on it and they had one on sale from 08-13 thru 08-15. So I asked a woman that had some type of Managers Badge on and she said that the display model was the only one that they had so I asked her could I buy the display model at the sale price and then she called someone else on the in-store radio and he told her that I could NOT buy it but that I could drive over to the Panama City store and see if they had one.......Wow! I was not going to drive another 15 to 18 miles to Panama City Store. I only pray that I can find anything else I need at a different chain from now on. STAY AWAY from this Un-Customer Friendly STORE!!!!!! I gave them 1 star because they will not let you post with No Stars.

Worst Office Depot EVER!!!! Two managers stood about ten feet from me talking, laughing, and carrying on while I waited over twenty minutes to be waited on just to fax a couple of documents. I feel sorry for the employees because the managers do not know how to help. They knew their employees were having problems and never once came over to help!!! After 35 minutes, I finally got my documents faxed to find out their printer was out of ink to print my confirmation page. I couldnt even stand to be there any longer so I left. Wow is all I can say on a PG rated level! Never going back!!!

I went to your store in Panama City Beach on the Parkway. My intent was to buy two chairs I had seen a few days earlier. There was only one chair (boxed) and the floor model. When I asked to buy the floor model and the boxed chair I was told that they would have to charge me $8.00 extra for the floor model because it was already assembled. I refused to pay a ridiculous fee and Office Depot lost over $200.00.

Tina is an AMAZINGLY employee! I come there a lot to get things printed and they always seem to be short staffed but Tina is always very kind and patient. I wish some of the other workers who are just standing around laughing and talking would help out in the print center. (5 stars for Tinas work)

I have visit this store 8-10xs in the last 4yrs. Often going for a new unfamiliar tasks ea time I have been back. I have always been acknowledged immediately and by every employee in passing or glance. Everyone has always been knowledgeable and very helpful

Had to wait 10 mins in any almost empty store to get 1 document printed due to staff lazily walking about and chatting. No bag or protection provided for documents as is customary with other stores with this service. 1/10

like other reviewers...I experience slow and inconvenient customer service. I keep giving this place another chance, but not anymore. Also, increase staffing, give them a proper orientation and workplace education.
