Dropped the ball on a special day! I ordered a vase of 12 red roses this morning around 10:00 am (NOT on Valentines Day) with the directions and time needed for delivery. Once the order was placed the lady said "we will make sure shell love her flowers!" So I thought. An hour after the delivery time had expired and no flowers, I called to talk to another person saying she will get to the bottom of this, so I waited on the phone. Minutes later she informed me that she will have to call me back. An hour later, I called to find out that it was scheduled for tomorrow even though I made it VERY clear to deliver today. In my opinion, they were not going to call back. So after a charged credit card, three phone calls, wrong delivery date, and no flowers they lost all business from me. What a shame

I have used A Touch Of Elegance twice now and was thrilled with their service. Both times I was short on time and called them with what I thought would be an impossible order and they took care of me both times without any sort of problem. The first time I needed a flower (a SINGLE flower, for something special) and they did not have it in stock at the time, but had it for me by that evening. They even offered to stay a little late so I could pick it up! Then, I called with a bouquet order and asked them to have it there within a few hours and they did. Awesome flower shop who knows how to please their clients. Will continue to give them my business.

I cannot believe the beautiful arrangement! I had a vase that was so unusual and beautiful, I was hesitant to have an arrangement made with it. I knew I couldnt do it justice. I took it in to A Touch of Elegance with very few instructions and suggestions and they ran with it! I got pictures of it, tweaked to my request and it was absolutely perfect upon pick up. My satisfaction was their number one goal. I will never hesitate to use this florist again, they have gained a lifelong customer!

I had a wonderful experience working with Patty. I shopped around and she was not only more reasonable than most, she was more talented than most. I had a vision of what I wanted my wedding bouquets to look like and she delivered! She always does a last look at the flowers before the wedding and I did have a minor change that I wanted to make. She didnt make me feel bad for wanting the change - she gladly made the change and they came out perfect! I highly recommend. Thanks Patty!

Had a fantastic experience with this florist. The staff were great to work with and went out of their way to help. Although I could tell they were very busy, I never felt rushed and they gave me the most wonderful arrangement. The final recipient of the arrangement in turn told me the arrangement was one of the most beautiful she had ever seen. GREAT price and great experience. Although this florist isnt near my home I will likely drive out of my way to return here next time.

We were blown away with the excellent the customer service Amanda provided, and the arrangements were absolutely gorgeous. We will be coming back! Our chapter of over 100 women were all incredibly pleased, which isnt a small feat! Highly recommend, would give more stars if we could!

Loved working with this florist! We needed flowers for a hard-to-match dress & bow tie for prom and they were SO accommodating. Invited me back to choose ribbons and discuss colors/flowers. They even took a photo so the designer would have a reference the day it was made. Very happy with the final result! We will definitely use them again.

Very disappointed! The flowers were sent to the wrong place and didn"t show up until the day of the funeral and was not what I expected. I expected a nicer arrangement. We had placed 2 orders for the same love one. Hope this was not because they knew we were from out of town.
