I called from out of town to place a delivery order for my sisters birthday. I asked if it could be same day, and I had a good response. We went through the ordering process with all required information, and I was then asked how much I would like to spend. I said $50 with delivery and taxes. She later gave me a price of $61.48... a bit off my request! I let it go at the time because I knew I was asking for a delivery last minute. She started to end the phone call when I stopped her and said, wait, can I choose the bouquet? She then said, "Oh, I thought you just wanted a fresh arrangement." "I do," I said, "but can I choose the flowers and colors?" "Well, what do you want," said very impatiently and rude. "Well, my sister loves tulips. And I was thinking pink and green colors." She returned with a very ugly tone and said, "We dont have anything like that." (No tulips? And youre a florist??? During tulip season?!?) I politely responded with, well, I guess I will have to go somewhere else..." She hung up the phone before I could say anything else. I do not recommend this florist. Avoid them at all costs. No one this rude should be working in the service/retail industry. I just hope they dont charge my credit card...

I have always had good experiences with Korfhage. My family has been using them for years for funerals and other occasions that call for flowers. They are doing the flowers for my wedding this month and I am confident that they will turn out beautifully. I have not been disappointed with any arrangements in the past. I would recommend this florist to anyone!
