I am the owner of the Cascade Edible Arrangements store. Our customer service staff provide excellent assistance to customers. They are helpful, experienced, and knowledgeable. Our arrangements are of the highest quality. The concerns expressed here have not been directed to management or myself.

This location is not nearly as good as the lake michigan drive location, Ive ordered a couple times on the web threw them an they did not satisfy me nearly as much as the other location, There customer service is much better then this cascade location

Really good chocolate covered strawberries. Be careful if youre expecting premade items - better to call ahead and ask. Or, just order the day before.
