I am the author of a book on International Logistics. I ordered a Cram 101 "textbook outline" for that book to see what possible good ideas e-campus had to make the material more understandable to students. To say I was disappointed does not start to characterize my thoughts after I received the product. Essentially, its a list of word definitions, organized by chapter. Those words seem to have been taken at random, with no specific rhyme or reason, and the definitions are unrelated or plain wrong. Some of the words are important, some are not. Several examples; in the Cram 101 review book, airport (the place where airplanes land and take off, if you needed a definition) is defined as "local area wireless networking product from Apple." "Standardized" ( a relevant issue in international logistics when so many countries come up with their own standards) is defined in the Cram 101 review book with a statistical definition (standardized normal distribution), which is neither relevant or helpful. There are entries for items that are NOT in the book; for example, there is an entry in the Cram 101 review book for "Arrestee Drug Abuse Monitoring" program, which I assure you is not in the original book. There is a definition of "concept" that references Kant. There is a definition of "large" that informs me that it is a "common English surname." These examples were plucked from the first three chapters, but the remainder of the Cram 101 review book is filled with incorrect definitions of irrelevant words. It appears as if the company used a bot to pluck words out of the original book, check for which of these words there was a definition available somewhere, and then compile and publish a list. I doubt there was any human intervention anywhere. If there was, that persons reading comprehension is seriously low. Do not, under any circumstances, purchase this book to help in your studying. Ive used eCampus for several years now and will continue to use them in the future. Overall, they are easy to get to (the Palumbo Drive location) or easy to order from. I have had some OK customer service as one other reviewer mentioned, but Ive also had excellent customer service--as with any business, sometimes it matters who you get helping you. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND RENTING YOUR TEXTBOOKS!! It is SO easy and you dont have to worry if your textbook will be bought back. Its also cheaper, which I like. Overall their prices are better than most college bookstores (Barnes & Noble) and comparable to Amazon. Ive also received coupons which help:) I would give them 5 stars except I have found that if you need a popular text, get it early or look elsewhere.

Really bad customer service. Tried to buy some shirts from the local store. An older man was waiting on a woman in front of me. He started talking to her with a folder in front of his face when I walked up so I wouldnt hear what he was saying. I really didnt care what he was saying but I got the impression he was giving her a deal he didnt want me to hear. I just wanted to pay for the shirts. I stood there for 10 mins while he chatted with this woman. He didnt even act like I was there. I waited another few minutes and then decided to put the shirts back and leave. A smile or a "Ill be with you in a moment", would have been fine, but being ignored and talking behind a folder is childish and rude. I wont be back.

I Paid nearly $21 to have by books sent 2 day expedited. It took 6 days to receive them! Theyre ok if youre not in a hurry, but definitely dont pay extra for expedited shipping! Customer service just apologized for the "misunderstanding"...didnt make it right. 1/23/17- Very shortly after my review ecampus contacted me to apologize for the delay in shipping and refunded my 2 day shipping expense. I am very impressed with their prompt response. I didnt receive the 2 day shipping that I paid for, but they made it right! Thanks ecampus! I will give you another try.

I have found that buying books from eCampus has serviced me well but that they cheat you when it comes to the buyback. Your book is shipped to them and youre told youll receive a check in the mail. Here is the kicker--the check cannot be cashed. The check is written incorrectly and therefore you cannot take that to a bank. No excuses for such things. I luckily didnt send my college textbook to them because due to other reasons I decided against it. They didnt seem to even look up to see if I had mailed my book before they sent this "check".

The price seemed good and I needed my book in a hurry so I selected two-day shipping. Its been several days and still it has not shipped. If you need a book quickly, dont order from this company. Ive learned the hard way that its better to pay more and have your book in time to take tests and do homework than deal with company that cannot ship their products in a timely manner.

I had to cancel my order. Had the same experience as someone else- placed an order and waited 2 weeks, they still hadnt even shipped it! Called customer service and the girl was nice enough, but who really cares how nice the customer service is if they cant bother to get what you ordered to you within a reasonable timeframe (or as far as I could tell, at all).

Got a great deal on my textbooks for summer session. Beat the university store and Kennedys by $15 for the same book!!! Had no idea this place was even here till I heard about it from a friend. Will go back for the rest of my books in the fall!!

Ecampus offers discount book pricing to College students. This is their main warehouse with a built in book store. You are buying direct when you come to Ecampus.

Absolutely horrible. SLOW. If you need textbooks for a class that starts a month from now, make sure you order from these people 6 months ago. They get in no hurry.

I tried renting my books from them last semester and I saved about 80 bucks compared to the uk bookstore. They had everything in the store so it just took one trip.
