Sometimes they can print what you ask. Other times they cant. Even when you show them what they were able to do before, they are somehow unable to replicate it. Machines too old to handle .bmp and .tif files. Id suggest just using their website to make your prints, if youve got the time to wait for shipping, or the best option would be using another company all together. Highest prices on every product. You never hear staples talking about a lowest price guarantee. Itd be different if they were a mom and pop shop, but theyre not. At least the employees are nice.

They are typically very helpful. I bought a laptop there on Saturday. I threw away the box and had no receipt. They could do absolutely nothing for me Thursday when I tried to return it. Not even a store credit- nothing. I guess its on me for not saving the box and the receipt-but no help at all?

Great products and pricing. Updating my review to include amazing staff, I see the same employees consistently, john in printing was very professional and friendly and th e older gentleman in computers was very knowledgeable and helpful with finding my ink.

Really outstanding service at the print center. Came in with a large poster to be printed and despite issues with their computer systems,, they figured out a way to get it for me and were very nice about seeing to my business
