While I had heard of the Lush brand, I had never actually tried any of their products. I went here this week for this first time, and wow the products and staff at the Fayette Mall are amazing. Went there on a Thursday to buy a bath bomb and I was given a sample of Charity Pot lotion. I am so glad the store clerk did because this is seriously the best lotion I have ever tried. I am obsessed with it and had to come back and buy a full sized on Saturday. Though they were busy Saturday night that did not stop the staff from circulating and asking if I needed help finding anything and suggesting sample choices for me. You can really tell the staff really loves and believes in the products and really wants you to have a good experience. I will add too that they are super knowledgeable of the products. This staff has made a lifelong Lush customer out of me. Thank you. I will be back, probably to purchase Charity Pot as a Mothers Day gift because it is that awesome! I will also add that is really neat that all the proceeds from Charity Pot go to support grassroots charities. I had no idea Lush supported such humanitarian projects. It makes me feel good about my purchase.

A friend asked me to go to Lush a few months ago and described it as all natural cosmetics. I bought the Jason and the Argon Oil solid shampoo and I never plan on using another kind of shampoo again. Ive been to the store two times alone since and have been smacked with a 5 star experience every time. When I went today I got to sample several different products. This could be overwhelming for some people, but I appreciate it because using all natural cosmetics is an investment. The staff is unreal cool. From my experience today I feel like Lush treats their employees as they deserve to be treated. Please research this company its amazing how theyve eliminated the use for packaging almost. Basically, we are the Earths cancer.. Lush is SO different and there is so much it can be confusing on what to buy based on your needs. The lady helping me today basically held my hand and explained every solid shampoo in the store to me, eliminated it down to three, and then I chose two of them. WOW!!

I went to lush yesterday for the first time. The products are wonderful and the staff is even better. The lady that helped me showed me all the products and how they work, she even let me test one of the products. They talk to you and have conversation and make you feel like friends. They like to show you products that you might not be interested in, but they just want you to get the most out of your experience. They dont rush you or pressure you into buying something at all. Very good products, environment, and staff.

Great products The best customer service Free samples are amazing just ask Dont feel bashful if they offer you a free demo Let them talk to you they know best But my only complaint is the store is too small Thats not the only thing I asked once if they could bring more metal tins out. The lady said my pleasure Then when she came back she had a very snoty attitude and I said thank you Them she rang me up and started judging aloud about the items I had in my basket. Others than that lady and space I LOVE lush
