Always worth a visit. I have seen other GR stores that are a little cleaner and neater than this one. Im not sure how to describe this particular GR. I would describe it as a Hobby Lobby and Big Lots hybrid. This GR is like a maze and is very easy to get turned around in. If you just want to browse... you know... start at one end and finish at the other... it is almost difficult to do that here. While there are clusters of aisles, it doesnt flow well. I have hear others mention an intense smell in this store that drove them away. I do believe I have noticed this smell, but it does not bother me. I almost think its coming from the floral department. Maybe its the chemicals or dyes used to color the flowers... not sure. When it comes to home decor, this is not my "go to" place. Id rather go to Target or Kirklands. With that said, dont rule GR out completely. Even if theres no "feng shui", you still might find the exact thing youre looking for. The best thing about this GR is the very large amount of merchandise packed into this place. Remember... even a junk store can be the best place in the world if it has that one thing youre looking for.

This place is gi-nourmus! Yes, it required a completely new word! Lol. So, so, so many things to look at, I admit it was a little overwhelming. The signage inside the store seriously lacking, making it a bit difficult to navigate and find what youre looking for. That being said, the selection is great for most of your basic home decor, I.e. small furniture items like side tables, buffets, wall art, mirrors, candles, throw pillows, bedding. Not as much in lighting or some basic furnishings like desks, vanities, or anything garage or "man cave" appropriate items. Sorry, guys. A lot of vintage inspired stuff, mirrored console tables, metallics, white washed, etc. I would suggest to have a good idea of what your looking for exactly before going in...if not, its really easy to walk out with nothing or a very large credit card bill to look forward to! It could go either way!

The one star is for customer service. I would probably give them a four or five if they would let you call the store and speak to a human. I live an hour and forty-five minutes away and would really like to see if my item is available before I check their shelves. Option 3 on their automated phone menu misleads people to thinking they may be able to do this, but after you press it you are told to come into the store! Now that's service! When you press the option to connect to someone they tell you to go to their website and email them!
People want to speak with people. I never complain like this, but it IS something that is broken in your customer service system and should be considered worth the investment in PEOPLE.

My wife purchased 4 rugs to replace the old ones we had. First time we vacuumed the rugs the material fuzzed up and all rugs were ruined. Is there no quality control on the products? Obviously you have to vacuum and our previous rugs from Lowes lasted 10 years with no issues. I sent an email to the corporate headquarters with no response and have phoned the store multiple times with no response. This is one store that should be out of business. They sell extremely low quality items from China at what appears to be a discount and then gives NO customer service to back the product up.

This is a humongous store that dabbles with a little bit of every category of home furnishings. I went in hoping to find some items thats screamed buy me! but instead found a few so/so items that kind of sighed and asked take me home? unsure about whether they were worthy of decorating my living quarters. Theres a real wide selection, almost too much, and prices are a bit high on most items that could be had cheaper elsewhere. A lot of scratch and debt items hidden amongst the shelves as well so be aware of that as your browse through items.

Customer Service? None. Zero. Im all about streamlining the process, so to speak, but there is something to be said about a company that is willing to interact with their customers. I too, live far and wanted to know if the item I wanted was still available before I ventured out. Since Garden Ridges phone is automated, there is no way of knowing ahead of time. Garden Ridge has lost the "human element" to its operations. It has also lost me as a customer.

This is really a place you can get lost in, the quality will never be anything remarkable if anything quality items are lacking here. But it makes up for that with a huge selection and great prices. Be prepared for a warehouse like experience. When something is needed for the house this is the first place I like to shop but because of the overwhelming choices my wife doesnt prefer it

I am in the same boat as Matt & Mike! I purchased a pre-lit tree from them a couple of years ago. A whole section is not working. Ugg! I can not get a person on the phone. I know they have lost my business due to this. Thanks Hobby Lobby for answering your phone and helping me with repairing my Garden Ridge Tree. Now that is customer service!!

I live about 60 miles from your Louisville, KY store and I needed to see if there was a couch avaiable that they had. Problem is when I call the telephone number listed all I get is a recording and that recording can not answer my question. This store may loose out on a $600.00 purchase that I would like to make if the couch is still avaiable.

Its okay...have lots of house decor items but I liked t better when it was Garden Ridge. They used to carry nurse scrubs and luggage which they dont sell anymore since it became At Home. I miss the odds and ends they used to carry. Also some of those items have been in there for years and they dont mark older items down like they used to.

This store offers a variety of items. The prices are hit and miss. Sometimes they are a good deal and sometimes they are overpriced and low quality. Many items are broken as well, so make sure you look everything over. The store is huge and they offer a large amount of stock but at the same time the store is unorganized and chaotic.

Lots of chairs and stools, rugs and other home decor. Problem is that nothing screams quality. It all seems cheaply made. During Christmas they have a large selection of Holiday items, but it gets picked through pretty fast.

Has a great selection of things for your home almost anything you can imagine you can get lost just wandering around looking at all the amazing things they have. Prices are fair to and the staff is very helpful.

At Home ( formerly Garden Ridge ) is a treat. They have a great selection of inexpensive goods. The store is huge and I love walking up and down the aisles. At Home has the best of everything.
