We shop at Ashley Home Store In Dothan, Al on a regular basis. We have always had a great experience while shopping there. Our furniture purchases have held up above and beyond other furniture stores we have used in the past. We always get the best customer service by the Manager Tommy Carter he is always available to help me make decisions and always answers the phone call regarding any questions I might have after the purchase. Even the delivery aspect of it has been nothing but a positive experience. The employees are polite and will place the furniture anywhere that you asked them to. I will continue to use Ashely in Dothan, Al as were are now waiting on a new shipment of furniture as I post this.

What really impresses me about this stores staff is their teamwork. Over the past several months I have visited the store probably two dozen times. If my wonderful salesperson, Mrs. Helen Jordan, happens to not be in, everyone else is quick to help me find the information Im looking for. They are all very kind and make all of my visits pleasant experiences.
