Unbelievable customer service. I didnt know such great customer service still existed in the retail world this day in age. My wife and I both get membership discounts through each of our employers. Without going through the proper channels to get setup with a membership, we just walked into the store and went to the customer service counter hoping to get a 1 time pass until we got setup through one of our employers. When we stepped up to the customer service counter we immediately realized COSTCO was different from most modern day retail stores. I expected they would give us a hassle because we didnt go through our employers to get their deals and expect up to pay the bogeyman membership price. Much to our surprise, the girl told us she wasnt sure ecstacy what to do but said she was there to help us and called her supervisor over to assist. The supervisor made us feel very welcomed in the store and genuinely appreciated us wanting to join the club. She not only looked at both our employers deals to see what would benefit is best, she was able to combine a few things to get is an even better deal than either is is could have gotten individually! She then went on to tell us about many club benefits we didnt already know about. Their super customer friendly returns policy being one of them. Bottom line, we will be taking most of our Sams Club and BJS Warehouse business to COSTCO in the future!

I dont get this place. Maybe my expectations were too high. Workers were rude. If you dont know the checkout process be prepared to get grunted at. Its a warehouse, so not the most relaxing experiences. You have to pay for a membership. Purchasing options do not cater to smaller households. You will still need to go to the grocery store, so any savings you have is partially offset by the extra trip you are taking. There is a presumption you are stealing things, so get your receipt ready and stand in line to wait for your paperwork to get checked before you can leave. The place makes me feel like Im an animal being herded. Bring your own bags (they dont have any). Aisles arent marked. Sales people approaching you trying to sell satellite television. But hey, they have a few organic things. I would never pay for a membership here, but may tag along with someone who does if I need to buy a 4 months supply of coffee creamer.

I have been a member at this store for going on a year. Recently I was visiting after I got off work and forgot my membership card. Went to the service desk where I was greeted by Lori. Absolutely a total sweetheart, extremely helpful and energetic person. She offered to get my an additional card, took my photo and talked to me for about 5-10 mins. However, I think what completely sealed the deal is after I finish walking around the store probably about 45 minutes to an hour later, I walked past the service desk as thats where it is located at the exit. Lori looked up from her desk noticed me, thanked me by name and said will see you next time. It is amazing with the number of spaces she sees a day that she specifically remembered my name and thanked me. Absolutely tremendous customer service and this is why I shop here! Great Job Lori!!

Called in to get help with services costcos is post to provide. Instead I spoke with Todd, the so called general manager. I explained my situation and was told he was going to send me to the customer service desk after i called in to speak with a manager! I asked why would you send me to the place where I just had problems. Then he start making all kinds of excuses of why this and that. The whole call he talked over me and wouldnt give me a chance to speak. Its very pathetic to see that not even the so called general manager has manners! I will say this, its the last draw with this company! We have only had problems with them! I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE! Im glad we didnt get the upgraded membership! To the staff of costcos, you should be ashamed of yourselves! Poor management

outside gas station is great with prices usually 20 cents gal cheaper then surrounding area... new Costo VISA credit card gives 4% off on gas purchases at any station, plus 3% off travel and restaurants, plus another 2% off Costco purchases, and 1% off anything else... $$ are credited once a year to your account... like getting a bonus... usualy have some pretty good deals on big ticket items in electronics and clothing, plus everything you ever might want in produce and baked goods... great large fresh cheesecake for something like $12... SUPER! I wish I did not have to drive 20 miles to get there... I dumped SAMs membership... this is my new warehouse club to go to.

Overall, good experience for a fee-based membership warehouse store. The gas is always about 20 cents cheaper per gallon than anywhere in the area, they have a decent selection of organic products and good prices (a HUGE jar of natural cashew butter was less than $14! - peanut allergy in my house), and generally helpful staff. The pharmacy staff are especially amazing, although there are some things they cant fill since they are too small. If you are single or otherwise have a really small family, it might not make sense to purchase a membership here. As of right now, I plan to renew my membership next year.

My wife told me that one of the sample vendors was very rude to her and asked if she was going to buy whatever it was she was sampling or not. She spends 150-200 a week there only to be talked to like she was a nuisance. If hes there the next time I go with her, we will have a word or two. Cant blame Costco on this because theyre outside vendors but, she seen a Costco worker there back in the winter that was opening the strawberries and eating one out of all the containers. My wife went to confront him and he just turned his head and walked away. I told her she shouldve turned him in at customer service.

New to the area from L.A. and upon walking in, my boyfriend was stopped and asked to prove he is a member while no one else was. Im going to go there and say that I assume his darker Mexican skin was the issue as no one else was stopped, not even myself. Never have we had to deal with such a distasteful action at Costco before. I work for a muti million dollar corporation, our company would never tolerate this from their employees. So no, we will not be back here. Im so disappointed that we chose to drive here instead of to Lexington and Im extremely disgusted with the greeter today.

The selection is good. The store is clean. I have only one suggestion. Please, please, please put the food tasting stations in areas that dont clog up the isles. We got so frustrated with the flow of people, or lack thereof, at the many isles where food samples were, so we decided to cut our trip short. The store is a good value and my overall rating of 4 stars reflects my satisfaction with the store in general. Just please do something to make it easier to maneuver when you decide to setup sample stations.
