Got my propane filled then went shopping as usual today. I expected to pay for my propane as usual, but no, a grumpy manager (L**) said "we dont do that". I said fine, Ill stop over at the tire center again and pay. I stopped to see a guy I knew working in the liquor store (a good ol guy from Jax). I the. Realized she had followed me out- I guess to see if I would be heading over to pay for my propane. She was very rude to the gentleman working the liquor store because the automatic sliding door was open. Well, it was broken. I know that because it didnt work for me when I originally got to the store. She yelled some more and left. I proceeded to go to the tire center and pay, and guess what. They were surprised I was back because they thought I was paying inside. The store is good. It has some good employees, but this manager is a problem. I may flip back over to Costco after this experience.

Been shopping at large warehouses for years including Costco and Sams. This location is not the greatest. Slow at registers! Not the stores fault but foreigners keep dismantling the double egg-packages which makes it messy and aggravating. I know because I observed this many times this year! They need to post big sign that they are not sold individually! On positive note, the staff in the deli area has been very helpful and friendly. It is difficult to access the parking lot being near a busy intersection. One more irritating aspect about Bjs in general, is that they still use cut-out coupons and in addition, multiple times they dont have a coupon item in stock anyway. Costco has coupon books so you know what is "on sale". And if you buy coupon item, it is automatically discounted at register with out paper coupon. Huge convenience!

We have all memberships for Sams club, Costco, and BJs. But far BJs is our most favorite for the following reasons: 1. Excellent food choice. It prodives not cheap and junk food, but good with brand name quality. We quit to buy food in other wholesale club as we tried here two years ago, even it is whole lot farther than the others. 2. The quality of the products is far more better than in Walmart, period. It is similar to Costcos. 3. BJs gives you coupons that are meaningful. What I mean is that the coupons for daily use, not those you would never use in your whole life (I might stretch it out abit). 4. The tire and the gas is truly a plus. Bad part? Yes, the cloth/shoes department is aweful. It is also a bit too small and less choices compared to other wholesale stores.

Know BEFORE you go or youll spend a lot! Great variety, some items are there for a short time, so if you want it, get it, dont wait and think it over or you might be sorry. Theyve got a great return policy so no problems if you change your mind. Clean, open WiFi, and great deli. Theyll cut their whole ribeyes (or whatever) into steaks too (free of charge) and break big packages into smaller ones, you just need to ask nicely.

The store was nice a few years ago but the quality of product and general management when you have to return anything or have an issue is terrible. The quality of their meats and vegetables has been declining steadily. The last straw was getting home to find insects in the vegetables. Do not know if its just this location or a symptom of their stores in general. Very bad place with horrible management. Stay away!

A great place to purchase "mass quantities". I find myself here frequently for all the necessities of life and they come in a 55 gallon drum. ;-) No really I am here frequently and find it much less annoying than other stores of the same type. You can shop here and the footprint is not huge and I dont feel like the place is overwhelming in scale. A pleasant place to shop and this place has everything.

Sorry to say ,seems as if everyone looks depressed and miserable here, being a previous member and employee, Im just disappointed with all that has been happening recently. Also the coupons are obsolete,prices should be reducdd om producr without coupons ,save some money on paper. People leave the full coupon book on the counters all over thr store and use 1 coupon Smh

Waited 20 minutes just to renew membership. Had three employees working counter but one was doing returns and he was clueless so one of the other employees kept stopping what she was doing to help him. Should have someone to stay with people that are training. Maybe not do training on a Sunday afternoon when store is busy.

I like it better than Sams (it is closer and basically the same prices). Not the cleanest looking store so they lose one star. The hours are incorrect. They are only open until 9pm, would be nice if they kept their info updated...

I like that BJs accepts Visa or Discover--the other competitor only takes cash and checks, which is not for me. Big, clean, a lot of variety. I dont buy everything at BJs but Im there at least once a week.

Buyer beware. Beware of the price tags over the products at the Cumming location. They WILL NOT honor the price displayed. They will charge you whatever the price is at the checkout.

I like shopping here. All garments are available in small sizes, unlike Costco and Sams. Even though it is a warehouse the pack sizes are sufficient for family of two.

Great selection and cheaper gas for members is a plus. Automatic tire pressure unit with sensor makes checking the air in your tires quick and easy.
